They did not try to sway us in one way or another, just provided the facts. Each of our truck repairs was completed with great communication and providing information. I refused to pay and reminded them of the inspection sheet. Then they said it was fixed. Next hot day i tried the AC and no cool air. Phoned them back and they said to bring it in. Now they say the compressor is shot and they would be happy to fix it if I come up with 900 dollars. They said it worked after they " fixed it" the last time. My question is, if they said it worked when it left the last time and werent going to fix it, then why tell me to bring it in? They knew it wasnt working properly. I jave brought it back 4 times since I bought it in less than a month. They tried to charge me for parts, repairs, etc. the whole way through this ongoing issue. Then they just say, " it worked when you left last time." I call bullshit. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I am not confident they did ANY of the inspection checklist now.

After a long chat about the prices for each thing, I said "I'm pretty sure that I can get some of these things done cheaper, so I'll start calling other shops". (As I probably should have done in the first place; hindsight's 20/20). They said "ok. Call us when you come to a decision". And they hung up. That call was on Friday; they're not open through the weekend. (Which I for once had the full weekend off and didn't realize that they don't even have the office open through those days).

It was going to take longer to replace than we had planned to stay in Saskatoon. They worked around our schedule and loaned us a new Volvo XC90 that we could take home until the work was complete and they could get our Rover to Regina. I don't think many places would deal with that surprise as well as they did. It is probably the main reason that we keep going back. They do a great job of solving problems!
