This second time was during the Covid pandemic, with reduced hours I was told my vehicle wouldn't be ready before Monday after having it towed to them 11am Friday. Instead it was diagnosed, repaired and available for pick up by 1:30pm the same day. Every repair or part replacement that they have done for me has been explained in a way I understand even with limited vehicle knowledge, which has made me feel confident that I am not being overcharged or replacing unnecessary parts.

I brought my vehicle in to have the driver's side door window installed. I had already supplied the…read morereplacement window. During the repair, I was told that the window regulator was broken. I do not believe that conclusion was adequately supported. The original window had been shattered, but the regulator itself appeared intact. There are also repair instructions available for this model showing that proper access to the regulator requires removal of the exterior door panel. My concern is that the repair was being attempted without removing that panel. I personally observed the work being carried out this way. I tried to explain the procedure I understood to be required, but my information was dismissed rather than considered. With an uncommon vehicle such as this, it is entirely possible for an owner who has researched the repair to have useful information about the procedure. I would have appreciated a more collaborative approach, particularly before concluding that an additional component was defective. The interaction with the technician also became unnecessarily dismissive. I was left with the impression that the focus had shifted from determining how the repair could be completed properly to defending the original assessment. Ultimately, I had to drive home in the rain with the driver's window completely missing and the replacement glass sitting loose in the passenger area. I was particularly concerned about the safety of transporting a large piece of glass in that manner, especially in the event of a collision. My concern is not simply that the repair was unsuccessful. Repairs do not always go as planned. My concern is that I observed an attempt to complete the repair without removing the panel necessary to properly access the regulator, while the information I provided about the procedure was dismissed. I believe the situation could have been handled much more professionally by reconsidering the repair procedure, verifying whether the regulator was actually defective, and ensuring the vehicle was left in a safe condition before I departed.

They agreed. Was not done on time schedule agreed upon, fenders and hood were misaligned a rookie mistake. Paint began peeling on valance 6 months later. Third party mechanical repair which Kavia chose, attempted to overcharge on bill. After agreeing to fixed cost prior to work being done, then Kavia attempted to charge for nearly double the cost for a standard procedure. After complaining the second charge was removed. Not covered by s g.i., insurers are corrupt. Vehicle wasn't cleaned inside or outside. Would not recommend this shop to repair anything with wheels. Thank you.

Not only were they able to get me in quickly, they were courteous, had great communication throughout and were soon were able to diagnose and fix the engine problem in less than 24 hours at a reasonable cost. Overall, Joanne and Steve are so amazing; once I got it to them my stress levels came way down. I'm definitely going back to them in the future if I have any other issues and I HIGHLY recommend them if you have car issues. This was not one employee making a mistake -- the breakdown happened at multiple levels, repeatedly. I emailed both Josh Ens (Owner) and Darin McLeod (General Manager) outlining my experience in detail. As of May 26, 2026, neither has had the professionalism or courtesy to respond. That kind of silence might be disappointing from any dealership, but from a luxury brand like Lexus, it's embarrassing. After wasting my time with Ens, I contacted another Lexus dealership. Within two hours -- entirely through email -- the deal was done. Financing was approved, and they located the exact vehicle configuration I wanted. Ironically, Ens claimed that vehicle "didn't exist" in the colour and trim I requested. The other dealership found it immediately. The experience with Ens was a masterclass in poor communication and disorganization. I initially contacted them with straightforward questions about differences between Lexus models. The salesperson either failed to answer the actual question or simply stopped responding altogether. To save unnecessary trips to the dealership, I completed their online 20-minute pre-approval application. Later, I received an email asking how I preferred to be contacted. I replied: "Email." The response I received was: "Thanks for the infor how can I help you?" Clearly, the employee had no idea why they were contacting me or that I had even completed a pre-approval application -- despite their name being attached to the original email. After that, they completely ghosted me. If you value professionalism, communication, or even basic customer service, avoid Ens entirely. There are other Lexus and Toyota dealerships that actually understand how to treat potential customers.
