First time here. Really loved the pizza. We had the pick 5 toppings. pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, fresh garlic and jalapenos. It was so good. Kids had just a pepperoni pizza. My oldest wanted spaghetti and meatballs and it was tasty. My husband and I shared 6 wings, they were spicy but delicious. But my favorite thing we had was the brushetta, all I can say is WOW!!!. It was so fresh, I only got a half since my husband doesn't care for tomatoes. He tried it and really liked it. I wish I would have ordered a full. The only thing I would say is a small problem, is the establishment is small. Im use to pizza places being big and can hold several families. But one can always pick up to go. read more

I always hear the NYPD Pizza commercials on the radio but I have never given myself the opportunity to check it out until a few days ago when I found myself on the Northwest side of town on business (I'm a East town person) with some extra time and the thought a beer and some food would do me good so I decided to finally give them a try. What a pleasant surprise, their atmosphere is very nice and family oriented. I was attended by Danitsa and she was great! I was hungry but not enough to have a full meal, she suggested some appetizers and was very pleasant to talk, not one of those servers that are asking you "how are you doing" every 5 seconds but attentive enough to know that if you need something she will be there ready to take care of it. My suggested appetizers were good, my beer was cold and most important my service was EXCELLENT! Definitely will be coming back here next time I find myself on that side of town. read more

First off, the service I received here was fantastic. Attentive, prompt courteous service. Drinks refilled before they were empty etc... We ordered appetizers, they came out hot and delicious the panko covered mozzarella was a big hit. Their Ranch dressing was delicious. Everything amazing so far at this new location. Well done guys. Then the pizza came, oh God. This pizza. Clearly this place is running on such tight margins everywhere else that they make up for it by charging heavily for toppings, and then putting 5 or 6 pepperoni on your pizza. The other toppings you ordered you have to play where's Waldo to find them. No way they are hiding under the pepperoni....So, well. Uh...maybes it's under the cheese? No with it being as undercooked as it was the cheese was barely hiding the chewy dough that wasn't cooked enough. Whatever that was. I'd rather have a $7.99 Domino's Take out at least they can cook a pizza properly on their conveyor belt ovens. Unlike this expensive "Pizza Restaurant"... If you go here for an appetizer and few beers you will probably have a great experience. If however you are brave enough to trust the sign on the door and mistake this for a Pizza restaurant...You will be extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this joke of a "Pizza Restaurant". Charging that much for pizza. You should probably run some quality control at the pass before you let sad ass pizza go out and ensure your customers are of the one and done variety. Should honestly be a 2 star. But the service was really good. So, good luck if you go here. I will send thoughts and prayers to your pizza. It needs them. read more

This is a very nice,warm,and friendly spot to get some very good food. To start,tried many of their items,it's hard to get me to do wings(being a cook of some very popular wings),got to say that I was very pleased with what was placed in front of me. Did the honey BBQ,you would think that it's easy to do,not at all. You get a very nice BBQ sauce with just the right amount of sweet honey. Ordered a small size pizza for the wife and myself. Very nice size,easily feed the two of us,plus a cpl of slices for later. Finished the meal with a nice slice of lemon cake (for me) and cheese cake(wifey),all I can say is that the lemon is RIGHT ON POINT!!! Sierra did a great job accommodating our party of 12 on a Sunday. The pizza was wonderful and had abundant, fresh toppings. This used to be our favorite pizza place, but we had always gone to the restaurant to eat. We ordered online yesterday & my husband and I were shocked at what we received! One of the pizza's was our favorite Joey's pizza. It was so awful that after trying some of the first slice, we threw the rest away! The other was the white chicken, couldn't taste the chicken or toppings because of all the salt! The only reason we gave them 2 stars was because we liked their chicken wings! I have no idea if the difference is because of new management or bad employee cooks, but we won't be ordering from them again!! read more

The Lunch Combo slices on 12/15/21 made me really sick by evening time. I'm not sure how long the pre-made pies are kept on the counter but that's the only reason I can think of. One of the slices had big dollops of soft cheese, which could have gone bad sitting on the counter for long periods. I've had their made-to-order pies before and they were pretty good. I understand these are difficult times, but customers are still paying for and deserving of fresh food that doesn't make them ill. read more

We haven't been to this place for years but we had a craving for pizza and garlic knots. The place was full but no problem as it was a Saturday night. We were greeted right away by a friendly guy and seated within minutes. Our server was also very nice. Our garlic knots came first and we were shocked. They looked like 6 Hawaiian rolls with melted cheese on top. Where was the knot??? We didn't remember getting just rolls, it used to be a delicious knot! Oh well. Next came the pizza. It looked delicious and wasn't too bad but definitely not New York style as it was not thin enough to fold it in half to eat. We moved here almost 8 years ago from the east coast and have never "lived" a pizza place until now. On the Whim my family and I went to the Arrowhead location and and everything was fantastic. From the Service provided by Tiffany to the Pizza, the Alfredo and the Zeppolis. This is definitely going to become a regular place for our family. read more

This is one of our go to pizza places and would consider ourselves regulars. The pizza is always great and our other favorite is the baked ziti! We get those every time along with the awesome ranch. We really like the pizza and wings. However, they can be very skimpy with the toppings. Also, I have to take my own lemon for my water. They insist on using skinny slices that they use to decorate the rim of the glass, but are useless to actually squeeze any juice out of. read more

The worst service I can imagine. This location only. The initial greeter met us and told us they were cleaning a table that we could use. We waited 10 minutes for that table and another employee that cleaned it told us they were saving it for a larger party. It was 2 tables shoved together. No one else was waiting. Okay , As a LONGTIME customer and fan of NYPD Pizza (( Union Hills then Bell Rd )) this review actually pains me to write . But if I'm to be honest , it is truly necessary .The past 4 orders that I have had with them....EACH OF THE 4 ORDERS WERE MISSING ITEMS OR WAS INCORRECT . Everyone out there knows what it's like to come home from a long days work , not wanting to cook so you place a delivery order only to find after its been dropped off (( And the driver has already left with your $5 tip)) that your order is wrong , and missing items . Kinda throws your whole mood and evening into a ......." SERIOUSLY?!?!? " moment . Now...times that feeling x 4 consecutive incorrect orders and the mood , irritation , is sky high . Sure , you can call them and have them remake your food , or your wife's , But we all know how lovely that is to watch one person eat their food while you wait another 30-45 minutes for yours to arrive (( Makes for a great family meal moment)) . I honestly can say that this used to be my go to place..........Now ?? I think I'm done . At least for quite awhile . Mistakes happen , sure they do . But when 4 consecutive delivery orders go out wrong then that's not a mistake..........THAT'S POOR WORK HABITS AND EMPLOYEE PROBLEMS . And finally , The manager did try to make it right . My family and I have been going to NYPD pizza for quite some time. We missed it when they were closed and transitioning from one location to the other. Trey and Carissa have worked at both locations and are absolutely fabulous! We come in with our dogs because they have a dog friendly patio and it is a fun way for us to take them out. The staff is always welcoming to us and our furry family members. The pizza is amazing every single time. My family is from northern New Jersey, so we are kind of pizza snobs. They consistently pass the test here. It is a little on the pricey side when you compare it to places like dominos (yuck) but it is 100% worth it. My only complaint with this business is the new location. I am not a fan of it. I liked the old location better. The patio was a better set up, although it was smaller, and the inside felt more intimate and provided a better dining experience. I will not take any stars off for the location, though, because I am giving the stars based on the food and service I received. read more
