I can schedule appointments through the app and message him whenever I need. It's also really nice that after I take test, my results usually pop up pretty fast on the app... I love that! The office is very nice and clean. Elvira has always been very nice and helpful. Another Plus is that they validate parking which is great. He also has a very welcoming and assuring demeanor, making you feel at ease, and he's even got a great sense of humor. Gerry is also thorough, generous with his time and above all, available. He calls personally with one's test results the same day the lab completes them. He encourages calling with questions or problems and his terrific medical office person, Sarah will often ask him your question while you hang on and has your answer immediately. If you call Sarah to renew a prescription, she likely will send in the Rx to the pharmacy within the hour. I am a Registered Nurse and have many professional relationships, and personal ones, with physicians in the state. Dr. Kovar and Sarah are in a class by themselves. The Dr needs to retire and MAGA Over medicates , then says " drive in and let's see what else works" how does "one drive in" if ones medication has burden them for what he has done by over medicating. I have requests a full legal investigation and filed a formal complaint with the Board and will participate in a class action lawsuit that is intended. This kind of Heath-care has to stop.
