The oven still had oil residue, the fridge and cabinets were dirty, baseboards were dusty, windows had cobwebs, and even the dishwasher and microwave exterior were dirty. Kitchen counters still had brown residue that came off when wiped. Bathrooms were not deep-scrubbed at all, there was still visible grime and rust inside the cabinets. There was no communication from the company when the cleaner arrived or left, no photos of the work, and no follow-up... just a charge for a service that clearly wasn't delivered.
