I am beyond heartbroken and angry about what we experienced. We arrived a day early Sunday 01/18/26…read moreat 11:20 AM and found our dog Zuko in an absolutely unacceptable condition. He was covered in poop and urine, visibly stressed, and had clearly been left like that for hours. The staff did not even offer to clean him. They handed him to us exactly like that until I demanded they wash him. Another dog, my son Luis, was found standing in a huge puddle of urine, which tells me neither of them was properly walked or cared for that morning. That is basic care. This is not a small mistake. This is neglect. Zuko is a rescue. We have worked so hard to make him feel safe, secure, and confident. Seeing him so scared that he came home, pooped in the hallway, and hid broke my heart. He has never done that before. He looked ashamed and terrified, and it honestly made me fear that he may have been yelled at or mistreated. No animal should ever leave a facility in that emotional state. What makes this even worse is that no one called us. No one apologized. No one explained. No one even tried to make something up. Nothing. That silence speaks volumes. It felt like they didn't care at all about the animals or their clients--only about money. This is not just bad service. This is animal neglect. Possibly animal cruelty. I trusted this place with a life that depends on humans to protect him, and that trust was completely shattered. If you love your pets, please think very carefully before leaving them here.

Although their business card indicates "professional" all breed grooming and although their actual…read moregrooming may seem professional their customer service lacks tremendously. The professionalism should not only be in the work that they do but also in how to talk to people...the actual customers! When I took my dog to this Dog n Cat house Salon for a grooming they were very ridiculing, judgemental and rude due to the condition of my dogs fur...obviously I was aware of the condition and needed the help with my dogs fur if I am taking him to get groomed and was hoping to possibly be advised on how to take care of a very furry/hairy dog which I lacked knowledge in, (note I hadn't had this dog very long and is the first I've ever had this fur result) instead I was given negative opinions which was not the service I expected. In a professional setting/establishment it would be ideal and professional to advise customers in a professional manner as to how and why to take care of an animals hair not be rude and unprofessional, there is a way to talk to people when representing an establishment and that should be with class, show knowledge, and professionalism NOT disrespect and judgement and threats. Overall groomers are good, not great but good, customer service was disgusting, unnecessary feedback, and extremely overpriced...my price was jacked up by over 53% due to their ridiculing opinion. I wouldn't recommend this company's service. I most definitely will not be taking my dog back there!

This was my second time bringing my Shih Tzu here. The first time was excellent. The second time…read morewas a DISASTER!! I dropped her off a few minutes early for her 1:15 pm appointment on a Saturday. I informed her to cut my dogs hair as short as possible (as it grows back really fast.) The lady informed me that it would be 3 to 3-1/2 hours. After 4 hours, I call them to ask about the dog and she said another hour and a half!!! At this point, I'm annoyed because what was the point of giving me a 1:15 appointment if 4 hours later my dog still hasn't even been touched! She's only 6 pounds! 2 hours after that I was fed up. I didn't call, I just showed up. None of the employees were at the front desk. Instead it was a customer sitting behind the desk!! Is that what you call professional?! I'm explaining my concerns to him (obviously before I knew he wasn't an employee) And he is rambling on about how this place is so great. And I am asking him if my dog has even had water in the 6 hours she's been there! 20 minutes later, they bring my dog out and everything was wrong. But after the torture of her being there so long, I wasn't leaving her there another second! Her hair was long, not super short like we requested, her nails were cut but not filed so it was horrible, her face was filthy. You can definitely tell that they went nowhere near her face! I was livid!! Then on top of that charge me $60!!!! Never going back and definitely never recommending anyone to this horrible place.
