Nice and friendly staff. I trust the groomers here. Thank you for always accommodating me

I have been bringing my pups to Pawfection since they opened my Senior girl gets so nervous to go anywhere once she's there she is fine they treat her so good & Rosa always does a beautiful job! I have a year and a half old cavalier and Sebastian has been doing an amazing job on her. Extremely happy there. Feel very comfortable leaving my girls! Everyone is so helpful and pleasant and listens to what you would like done! read more

We've been taking our two Shih Tzus to Just Pawfection for years now. They never got a bad cut and the Groomers are very nice.

I took my doodle here a few months ago for his first grooming (4 months). I paid $65 for the service. Marissa did his grooming. As a new dog owner, I wasn't sure what to expect, but agreed to a puppy trim, leaving most of the fur on him and just cleaning up around his face (mouth, eyes), paws, and sanitary areas. I liked the open cubes in which the dogs were placed while waiting. Marissa was patient and answered all of my initial questions. I got a call to pick up my pup about 2 hours later. When I went in, at first glance, his trim was perfect. He smelled great and they gave him a cute bandana to go home with. However, after a closer look, my puppy had black fur in his golden coat, pieces of gunk stuck in his tail that I showed the groomer and she then removed. He also had red spots that looked like dried blood in his tear ducts. I pointed that out to the groomer and she tried to say that they were tear stains. I wasn't sure if that was the case since the redness was not on his fur , it was at the inner corners of his eyes. However, I did not push the issue because my dog appeared to be fine. I wiped his eyes when I got home and the "stains" went away. I gave three stars because: After I got home, I noticed he had more pieces of black fur or gunk stuck in the fur of his chin area and under his mouth. I was not able to brush or wipe it out. I had to literally cut it out of his fur. I was a bit disappointed about that because it's not clear what was even stuck in his fur. When you take your dog to the groomer and pay for a service, you expect it to be done properly and to your approval. I did not fully have that experience here and will now be going to a different groomer who is more attentive to my puppy. read more

My dog Rex short hair dachshund comes here for his monthly grooming and they do a beautiful job with caring for him he's always very nervous for his appointments but they handle him with such care, the girls in the front are always so kind when making an appointment definitely affordable next block over charged double the price and didn't even do as much as just perfection now we come here all the time. read more

Always a beautiful cut. Always made my Nala look her best. She went to play on the Rainbow Bridge this past week. We had 17 years of pure love with her. Thank you Just Pawfection for the time she had with you. read more

My dog was groomed in this place. We we picked him up and gave you $200 cash for the terrible job that was done on my dog. Only later when we got home we realised how bad it was. My dog is cut everywhere with red spots. His leg was cut so badly it looks like you guys took a scissor and just cut with no mercy. We had to take him to the vet and it's much more serious than we thought. Don't send your dog there! read more

Still waiting to hear from the owners regarding yesterday's disaster - not to mention she had a 9 am appointment and she wasn't done until 11:37. How is that possible if she was the first appointment of the day?!?! read more

Second time I took my yorkie in for a trim and she came out with all her hair practically cut off. Her hair just grew back from the first time they messed up and cut it all off and they totally cut it off again today after specific instructions on her card and text messages with Zee right after she was dropped off. the excuse for cutting her bangs is that it was shorter than the rest of the hair (shorter because of the last mess up) meanwhile she even texted me that she knows to keep the top knot. any decent groomer knows bangs are part of a top knot and yorkies do not have all layers. I have 4 small dogs and have been coming here for years. I am never 100% satisfied with there cuts, but it is close by and convenient and Zee was aLeary's a sweetheart. But after the way she handled todays BIG mistake I will probably look for another groomer after all these years read more

This was her first grooming with someone one other than Petco and the main reason i took her to Petco for 5 years straight although their expensive is because of safety and liability. When I first saw her groomed by Just Pawfection I was in love with it and the price. However a day later I saw that her stomach had gotten red. but I pegged it up to a close shave, since then half of her belly has gotten red splotches on her stomach and she is uncomfortable and itchy. Wished this had worked out. read more

Took my dog in twice and she came back with an uneven cut. The girl at the desk was extremely rude, therefore losing my business.

Awesome!!!! I have my toy poodles (Brownie & Boomer) got their hair cuts and I am really happy with the results. The price is so reasonable and the result is amazing! They called me 20 minutes earlier to let me know that the dogs are ready. Thank you so much guys!! read more

I've been to basically every groomer in our neighborhood & must say Just Pawfection is the only groomer I've left satisfied. They take their time on your pets & each dog has their own little cubby while they wait to be groomed (no cages). They could tell my boy was scared of the clippers and eased him into being comfortable over multiple visits. They even give your pet a handkerchief accessory for free! Try them out if you want the job done right! read more

I went here to get my dog groomed and they are not suited for big dogs and do not know how to handle the big dogs. They immediately saw her she barked because she's never been to a groomers before (8 months) and they panicked and said "I'm not grooming her unless you want to do it" very unprofessional. Its funny when I leave her at the vet she barks and then we leave and she's fine and goes with them, guess you guys aren't cut out for big breeds. It's sad because I brought my other dogs here before and now they fully lost my business 4 dogs out, hope you guys aren't hurting for money at all due to COVID. BIG BREEDS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! read more

Amazing service! My pets are always happy, and smelling fresh and clean when they leave there. They always keep me informed on how to care for my pets and take care of my pets coat along with many other things. I have a shitzu and pit bull. 10/10 Would recommend! read more

We've been coming here for a few years now and they are always professional and super welcoming. My dog Storm, is a hairless Chinese crested mix with pug, she doesn't have to get her hair cut but does need to be cleaned and nails trimmed. Never again. My dogs skin is so irritated. She's been groomed many times and this has never once happened. On top of that, Her hair is completely uneven, the groomer did not listen to how we wanted her groomed and her nails aren't cut. Shes always calm when she is groomed or at the vet, so I know it wasn't due to her moving. So disappointed. read more

Justpawfection is the best of the best. It's a cage less dog grooming salon with excellent groomers.

It's really horrible how unprofessional this place has become. I have been taking my dogs here for years but now I AM DONE WITH THEM! Not only do you have wait over six hours to get your dogs back but they aren't even ready when you pick them up. Then we they are finished, it looks like a 5 year old took a pair of scissors to them. It really saddens me that it has gotten this bad. And yeah I'm still waiting for the owner to call me! read more

I love bringing my dog here! They always do the best job and I love that they're cage free! My dog is usually always so anxious at the groomers but he always seems so playful and comfortable when I go to pick him up. The staff is awesome and they always do their best! :) read more

While they do an excellent job grooming our dog, they are awful at customer service. Make an appt online and it tells you that you'll get an email confirmation--never happens. I've looked high and low in my inbox including spam and nothing. One time they took issue with me coming for an appt made online without it being confirmed, so the next time we called. Multiple times and left a voicemail asking callback--no response. Resorted to scheduling online again and sent an email as a follow up--nothing. Amazing how they seem to think this is ok because I guess they have enough business going. It's sad that we may have to take our dog somewhere else, but honestly it feels like we're begging to pay them for their service and they don't seem to care for it. read more

Your business is the worst I hope that girl with the German Shepard sues you ! your company should be shut down. That's a disgrace how can u treat a dog like that.. the "grooming" took 2 hours but the dog was left in the cold with no food and water for 6-7 hours. Patches all over her sensitive skin. Wow You're crazy. God will see how u would react if someone treated ur dog/friend/family like that. you should contact her and refund her payment immediately or she could simply do it herself and that can affect ur business big time !! But for real you shaved a German shepherd??? In the winter wtf! That's unbelievable you dont have experience with high maintenance dogs that's crazy you should refund her money if she didn't pay for that stupid unprofessional service a lot of people wouldn't know about ur lame business. Should call an inspector immediately. ANYONE WILL ANY DOG SHOULD NOT COME HERE I WISH ALL OF YOU WHO GO HERE LUCK. You definitely need it. I hope nothing happens to you or your dog read more

They were GREAT. This was the first time I've ever taken my dog to a groomer and I defiantly plan on using them again. The Staff at This location was immediately friendly. This was my first time at this groomer, and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there.
