These light, flakey biscuits are served warm with a crispy exterior and soft, flakey inside. But honestly, the biscuits act as a delivery mechanism for the butter and blue berry jam. I always ask for an extra side of butter and jam because I use it all. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Honey Dusted Fried Chicken (dark). The chicken was perfectly fried, crispy, and sweet.
