I regularly come here for a few household items. While it's not exactly the cheapest and can trend a little pricey for a discount shop, the prices are nothing too steep. Why you ask it is because there is always only one cashier. The store looks dirty and I can never find a worker when I need assistance. Why is it on its busiest days the store is overly crowded? Most people in that area work so they are not able to make it on the weekday to the store before it closes so we go on the weekend and when we go it is ridiculously crowded. The staff is never friendly and they always seem like the patrons are disturbing them. The manager Moises is overly nice and accomendating when he is there. There are two other workers that are exceptional Shaniquia and another young lady who's name I can not remember but please find the time to make the store a little bit better. The reason for the four stars is because I don't really know where some of these items come from, such as makeup that used to be in regular stores from like two years ago. They also have a lot of bath items that have been imported from other countries. Also the clothes items appear to be cheaply made. I do like Lot Less for their houseware items. I can get a curtain set for my living room window, some bathroom products for my bathroom, or some electric items/ dishware for my kitchen. They have items you see on T.V. here for great prices. They have decent collection of books but I always find a person who is checking prices on their phone of valuable books to resell. They block the selection and will be there for a long time and you have to be assertive to get them out the way. I dont like how packed it is between aisles and people will walk around with empty carts and you have to squeeze through. They should have handled buckets instead of pull carts with wheels. The staff at checkout is a bit useless. You have to scan each item yourself and load them to your bag yourself. They only stand there watching you for security measures to make sure you scan each item.
