while in jackson heights queens i went to the local d11 deals and discounts store to pick up a few…read morethings and a few turned into a bunch and i aint mad. larger then the astoria spot but basically has the same stuff from a to z . picked up some plastic tupperware, shampoo, body wash, socks, slippers, doggy bed, garbage bags, small rug for inside door entrance and a few other nik naks for less then 80 bucks . the selection of mens, ladies , kiddies clothing and acessories may not be the best in variety or quality but you cant beat the prices as a everlast hoodie for only 8 bucks is a steal. i suggest that when visiting any deal and discount store go thru every aisle or section of the store cause i bet you will find something useful as thats always the case for me.

Now how would I describe this store. It's a blend or combination of a 99 cent store and up, Family Dollar Store or your local discount store. Items you find at the EZ Shop are stuff you would use everyday such as paper goods (napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, etc...), cleaning agents, shopping carts, snacks and more. Snapped some photos of some of the items on display. Aisles are well maintained and clean. Staff is around stocking materials. Found a shopping trolley and Ajax cleanser (99 cents for 14oz). Napkins went up in price- $1.59 for 150 and $3.99 for 400. Paper goods prices have risen everywhere. Was looking for mesh slippers and there was a small cardboard box on the floor with sizes of mostly 11. Asked staff when next shipment will be in and they said check back next month. They have lots of imitation crocs as you walk into the store. It's the clog one with strap on ankle. Look for items on sales plaster on their windows. Place has air conditioning. What a relief on a hot and humid day. Happy shopping. Will definitely be back again.

Store has been here forever and aisles are narrow so watch out. So much stuff all stacked on the shelves. It is right next to No.1 Hunan Chinese Restaurant where I get take out lunch and dinner all the time.
