Not only did he accommodate me, he explained the cleaning and sanitation process, dropped me back home so I could work. Completed the work the same day and it was spotless and pristine. I've had the same work done on a previous car elsewhere, but I was not happy about the job. I had mentioned this to Tammy whom assisted me throughout this process. She reassured me of their products they use, their craftsmanship, and they even offer 10 year warranty on their PPF. The service took about 3 days and Tammy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. She was very informative and prompt with getting things done from start to finish. We went over the car before and after the service, and she was a real beauty! I'm so happy I chose them and how well they took care of my car. The drive through machine wash does a good job at cleaning up the outside as long as you get, at the least, the VIP wash. This wash isn't the cheap $7 wash. Do not go for that cheap one or you may be disappointed. I prefer the membership where I can go anytime of the month. The vacs are always on and free. They provide moist towels for drying your vehicle as well as complimentary Windex and scents. This spot has been under different names but the service and amenities have always been the same. The difference is that under every new ownership the price goes higher and higher. I give it 4 stars because during the winter months I think they should come down on the existing club members membership when usage is a bit lower. Keep it clean and Prosper!
