The staff was friendly and helpful. I was blessed to have been helped by Arthur himself. Very knowledgeable in the history of all things numismatic. Picked up a couple of items including some vintage gold and a vintage grease bar from the 1970s. The pricing was very reasonable as he will look the price up online along side you and discount it by a certain percentage. To be fair they need to make a profit. The shop is a treasure trove of goodies and part museum. Lots of history in that small retail space. Highly suggest to call before visiting especially if you are looking for something specific or selling a lot of items. Be patient with the staff as they are detailed and meticulous with their work. I went to a large local coin show that day and ended up with nothing, but the trip to Knight Coin more than made up for it. Happy Hunting fellow knights!!

My son wanted money towards a new gaming system he actually plays, so we called this store to see…read morehow much Video Palace would buy his Oculus Quest 2. This system currently sells new for 400.00 at Walmart. Verbally over the phone the guy said, "I could give you 145.00 for it." Already a bad offer, we drive there and the guy inspects it then proceeds to tell us, "Okay 125.00." Upon telling him that he stated over the phone 145.00 and not 125.00 (which was absolutely true), he continued to lie and insist he stated 125.00. On eBay, a used Oculus Quest 2 sells for a little more than 200.00. It was a complete rip-off and he knew it but that's how he operates -- He tells the customer a price offer over the phone, the customer drives and wastes gas to get there, then while you're there, he lowers the price and says, "I didn't say that," with a bright red face flushing full of dishonesty. Really? Let's get real here. This isn't Neiman Marcus. Never again. Avoid the game playing and incompetency of people who think you're naive because your son is selling his gaming system he never plays and just wants his own money for Christmas. We prefer to buy vinyl at stores like this to support local business vs buying off Amazon. The…read morecatch is the business needs to be open when they say they are going to be open. We could forgive the time on Google saying 11:00 AM when the sign on the door said they open at noon on Sundays. We went and killed some time, had some lunch. We finished eating and came back at 12:30... the store was still closed. Of course, when we went back to the car and were driving off and happened to pass the store only a minute later, THEN we see an employee coming out of the now unlocked door to set something up out front. We can only assume they had to have seen us trying the door moments before and just didn't care. It's not a difficult thing to open your doors when you say you're going to be open. It is actually one of the critical elements when running a business. We even gave them an extra 30 minutes so we weren't busting the doors down. It's not like opening at noon on a Sunday is the crack of dawn. It can't possibly be that difficult.
