Rusty got there less than fifteen minutes after we called. He was professional, courtious, friendly, and obviously genuinely interested in helping us. He was very careful hooking and unhooking my car, and made sure I knew what was going on with every step. I had a lot of work left to do that day and it was great not to have to spend all morning waiting for a tow and then the rest of the afternoon worrying about it. Basically, Rip City Towing made what could have been an extremely stressful experience into a smooth, easy transaction. It was very affordable and the prices are honest and transparent, the estimate I got on the phone was accurate. If I ever need a tow again, I know exactly who to call. Thanks for saving the day!

His Quality of Auto Mechanic Workmanship is Superior and his Knowledge of Auto Mechanics Maintenance and Repair is Advanced Level. I have a 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I contacted him. He had time on a Friday afternoon recently. Came and evaluated my concerns for repairs. We ran into a snag and he didn't have the tool he needed. So, instead of saying: "I'll have to come back another day", he said: "I'll go and get that tool and come back to GET THE JOB DONE!" He has an Old School Work Ethic. This is something you want, that is almost lost in today's businesses. He accepts your own parts if you have them. He will even go above and beyond to pick the parts up at local Auto Mechanic Part Stores if he has the time. Then come to your location. NO ONE DOES THIS USUALLY.
