They're an independent, family owned and run place, so you deal with Paul and/or Sherry directly. Want to buy a car at 9pm from a high pressure salesman? Try a big dealership. Want to buy a car from people who will look you in the eye later? Check them out here. I especially liked the no haggle approach, and the quality of cars they had on the lot. They're not over priced, not under priced, just fair priced. There are special touches such as going off the lot with brand new tires from Les Schwab (and not the bottom rung either) that Paul put on before he felt comfortable selling the vehicle. The vehicles were clean, the lot was well cared for, and I got what I wanted, not handed off to the "finance manager" for the door polish plan. They do have a company they offer warranties through, but there was zero pressure to the offer. The next time I or my wife are looking for a quality used car, they'll be our first call. Honestly, I'll even wait if they don't have what I want in stock. Genuinely good human beings, and an excellent experience.

Shady Dealer Warning: please be advised. I wish I had read…read morethe reviews before I ended up in an entanglement of lies from this dealer. I saw a truck on the internet from M&A Affordable Cars. I spoke several times to the owner before flying to Vancouver, Washington, from Las Vegas to purchase the truck. I went over the truck to every detail prior. I did a background check on the truck. I write this as the truck itself is not the problem. The truck was priced well, and it runs and drives great, except the dealer did the brakes, but they did not bleed the air out of the lines, and the brakes did overheat on my drive back to Vegas. My bank sent them a check in advance of my arrival. M&A Affordable Cars 8420 NE HWY99 Vancouver Washington 98666 Dealer#12903 Contact 503 853 4386 360 339 4749 I brought the truck on 8/11/2023. In Washington state, the dealer goes to the DMV, picks up the license plate in a few days, sends it to the new owner, and sends the title to the bank within ten days. That is standard practice. The dealer has not sent license plates and has not sent title to the lender as of 12/31/2023 A temporary paper license was placed on the truck, and I was told I would have the plates in a few weeks. I live in Las Vegas and could not get to the dealer. Since then, the dealer has avoided communication, and we are here at the end of December. When the dealer spoke on the phone, I have been given the run around with various excuses repeatedly. The bank sent them a letter because they did not get the title from them and were given excuses with promises. I have called many times a week and texted, and I've gotten a few texts here and there that they will call, but they never do. The temp license has expired, and I can't legally drive the truck. I am stuck with a vehicle I can't drive, and even if I fly to the dealer, there is no guarantee I will walk away with my plates. The bank suggested the truck may have a lien on it, and they did not pay it off as one reason. I have since gone on Yelp and read that the dealer did sell a vehicle before with a lean on it, and the buyer never got the title. He has done this before with no resolution. I am stuck with a vehicle that I can't legally drive now for almost six months and now must file a civil case against the dealer. My bank has filed a case against them with the Washington State DMV

He did it on his own and I am so happy and proud of him for working hard, saving money and getting a bank loan on his own to cover the difference. ** Look at the description in the ad I have attached for the truck. Pay close attention to line after line of total LIES.**. They took $15 thousand of my sons money and this truck didn't even make it home to our house. It broke down on the freeway, at night, in the rain, during rush hour. The engine shut off and left him stranded in the middle of the freeway. He was able to get it to the inside lane where it sat for hours on end until we could have it towed. The next day we had it towed back to Vancouver Auto Center and they had it sent out to service. A MONTH later he gets it back and drives it home. The truck wouldn't even start after that. Did I mention that Mo wanted to SPLIT the cost of the repair? He wouldn't even voluntarily honor his word. It wasn't until after some debated conversation he said he would cover it.... And the truck still doesn't even work. Mo is a manipulative type "A" personality who rolls everything back onto the customer as if ANY of this is my sons fault. They saw him coming a mile away and took advantage of him. He is a very responsible and respectful young man and it makes my blood boil that after four months, countless hours of issues and tow trucks and a ton of extra cash he is still without a dependable vehicle. Vancouver Auto Center should be ashamed. This is shameful. Please take your business elsewhere. Mo owes us $15k, plus extras. My son is borrowing a car and has a loan on a truck that he cant even use. Go back and read the ad about this "solid dependable" garbage. And to you Mo, none of this is my sons fault. When you speak to him dont cut him down and make him feel like an idiot because he had never bought a car before. This is on you. 100% on you. Shame on you. I'd give you zero stars if Google would allow it but you get one. Thats all you get.
