The only issue was I had to keep the old controller. However, this was a great experience still because the representative was very informative and helpful. He made sure that I didn't lose out because of some small rule they had on defective things. The PRO works great and I am a regular customer at this location! I will be going back to talk to this same guy when the Nintendo Switch comes out next month.
