It was shipped in from a central factory (and you could tell compared to how fresh everything else was). I also wish they had a fountain beverage station. Every drink you'd need to get was in a bottle in a big coke cooler. This place is definitely very small (I think they would benefit from making their shelving areas where they sell their pasta, smaller, and putting in more tables instead). You could also tell there wasn't enough room in the back for the employees because I was waiting in line for the restroom and had to move multiple times because the servers come in and out of there. There's only one little tiny restroom in the back corner. It was also really cool how you could see everything being made in the back. Her posts and reels of her work were so beautiful I had to try them for a party. Sydney makes ordering your board, boards, tables, mini boards, barkcuterie, and more easy with the company's website and form. You simply fill out what you would like, guest count, event type, allergies, add ons and more it's all on the form. As I said before this is a small business. Please give her time to respond to your request. She will! Sydney is professional and prompt. I ordered one regular birthday board with extra meat for up five people. Due to my allergy to a lot cheeses I asked her to put some goat cheese on the board for me along with the others she would generally use. The second board was a barkcuterie! Yes, that's right a charcuterie for my furry baby. It was a paw-ty for his birthday we were celebrating. He eats a grain free diet which I told Sydney. She said it would not be a problem. I also asked for extra blueberries. Because those are one of his favorite fruit. The night before I picked up the boards Sydney was so thoughtful and sent me a photo of the barkcuterie board. She has way better lighting and background then I do for photos! So I greatly appreciated it. She also sent video of the charcuterie board for the humans too, lol! Sydney's husband is her delivery driver. I chose to pick up the boards at one of the locations that was closest to my home. Ben was kind and courteous. He also thanked me for supporting the business. The boards were even more beautiful in person. And had so much more on them than I expected like: homemade fig preserves, marinated olives, savory mixed nuts. I love that the boards are on bamboo, eco friendly! The crackers, a variety came in a lovely box on the side. There were little birthday details and surprises on each board which I loved! Sydney asked if we could get a few photos or video of our pup eating the board or next to it. I was happy to send her both! She did such a fantastic job for our party it was the least we could do for her and her business. So, support a small business and go order a charcuterie or barkcuterie board!

I took another large container, sealed it gently in a vacuum sealed bag, plopped in the freezer, and whenever we were ready, took out for a 30 minute thaw, and they were as good as the day we got them.
