Best results for my Divorce Bod haha Back to working out again and so grateful I stumbled across this smoothie shop after a hike. They have free workout classes in the morning and also optional nutrition coaches for 21 day challenges. Everyone is really kind and supportive and it's the antithesis of a place like a Cross Fit gym. The shakes are delicious and full of protein with option probiotics and collagen. It's worth checking out and seeing how you like it :) read more

Interesting place. Tucked away in the basement of the complex. Owner was super friendly. I didn't think the smoothie was anything special-- very, very thick, but I enjoyed it. Very, very expensive. Definitely a social place, that might be the main attraction over the actual smoothies. Not sure. read more

Came to check this place out after my son's chess practice, and we will def be coming back. Vince and his mom were there to greet us and chat for a bit, great people. We each got a smoothie and the flavors were awesome. We are a very health conscious family and it was nice finding a place that can produce flavors like this and not have a bunch of fake syrups and sugars in them. Looking at the menu, there is literally something for everyone! read more

Interesting. The atmosphere felt frenetic with workout mix techno vibes. No relaxed seating. We all enjoyed our smoothies, maybe a little icey instead of smooth and the protein was a little chalky for some of us. They didn't have napkins but overfilled the cups so they were messy. He provided paper towels, which felt strange - almost like I invaded his home. Also, the dog's presence and bark was jarring, not what we expected. He was fine, we aren't afraid of dogs, but it was strange. read more

Nutrition Head 2 Toe - Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bowl - Weight Loss Centers Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Definitely will NOT be back. I was very excited to get one of their smoothie bowls and was very disappointed. I was given a tea without a lid, and a smoothie bowl with the lid coming off because it was so full and going to overflow. The person who I assume was the owner mentioned the lid but did not apologize or offer it to be put in another bowl, a bag or even given a new lid. Also, as soon as I walk in the dog in the store barks and growls at me. What a welcoming entrance... I have been to multiple shake places and this one does not meet my expectations for customer service! read more

A great place to conversate and develop dreams amongst a supportive community. Everyone, the employees and patrons, are very welcoming. If you are looking for a nutritional shake shop that doesn't sell poisonous pre - workouts and sugar filled shakes then this is the place. The shakes come in ALOT of flavors and are what the kids would call "straight fire". Additionally , they provide free workouts 6 days a week at 7 am too that are very effective! Currently 21 years old, under 7% body fat, 49.2% muscle, still growing in physique, and working toward a pro card in the IPL. read more

It all started with a shake. My friend brought me in one day for a free workout and a shake and has literally changed my life. I'm living a balanced life and it's all thanks to Vince and Tanya for the constant encouragement and accountability. read more

If you got a card for a free smoothie dont bother, its not a fruit smoothie like they show on the card, just a protien shake, and they dont tell you until after they serve it to you that the smoothie is actually in exchangr for your contact info. So they know you have the free smoothie card, dont say anything about requiring information in order to redeem the card (says nowhere on card that this is required) then have the nerve to try and charge $7 after they already made it and I took a sip! Ok you just wasted some herbalife powder lol. read more

Very welcoming, we walked through the door to an enthusiastic greet, then were offered free tea(FREE). Then we ordered, us being new, they welcomed us, told us about there company. In about 5 minutes our smoothies were done, very good service. The smoothies were very high quality, and tasted just like we ordered. Stopped in her by chance as I was in the area and craving a smoothie. I was a little thrown off that it wasn't a traditional juice bar, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the smoothie. It was filling and delicious, and they even threw in a very tasty iced tea for free. I feel like the drinks helped with my recovery as I am not sore and I had a lot of energy today. Vince was helpful and friendly, and the rest of the staff was awesome as well. I will definitely be back soon! read more

Tawnya and Vince are two of the kindest people I know who are not in it for the sale, but truly to better people's lives. They not only offer free classes, but offer excellent products. The shakes are healthy, delicious and perfect for the person who wants something sweet and filling but doesn't want sugar overload. This business' focus is their shakes made by Herbalife, but they offer a variety of different products including vitamins and teas. Some incentive...swing by your first time for a free shake. read more

I have never done a Yelp review. But, the shakes at this place were phenomenal. The sign outside says the best shakes and that's a large claim to make so I checked it out. It's like your neighborhood bar in this place. Jackie helped me and she was knowledgeable, friendly and exuded energy. That may have been enough to get me to go back. But then I tried the shake. And that made me a believer. I'm hoping it's not only delicious but also keeps me full for hours. It's not been that long yet so I will wait and see how that goes. See you all soon. read more

I love this place! Tawnya and Vince are genuinely supportive and happy for my weight loss victories. Great vibe in here. Thanks guys!

i was pretty disappointed when i was referred to go here to seek some coaching for a show i plan on doing, everyone is nice, BUT you have to sign up for herbalife pyramid scheme BS before anyone will even give you the time of day. I know how to eat, and i know how to workout, i asked for someone to help posing, i was told they would do that, and then had to sit through a lengthy conversation about nutrition and how "awesome" herbalife is. I do like the "team" aspect of it, but i shouldnt have to be pushed into ordering $300 worth of stuff for someone to help you out. I know hiring coaches and that sort of thing is expensive, but I shouldnt have been turned away for not wanting anything to do with herbalife! read more

Love everybody there. So encouraging and helpful and all have different stories and goals that anyone could relate to.

My name is Marisa...Daureen is my mom. I'm just using her yelp account because I had to leave a review for these guys. This place is amazing! The shakes/smoothies are incredibly tasty and the people who work here and beyond nice. A friend and I decided to do their 7 day challenge. You have their shake and tea every day as a meal replacement for lunch. I lost 4 pounds in 5 days and I feel fantastic. It went so well, we decided to continue with a plan prepared for us by Nick Shade. He's an awesome guy that wants nothing but to help you. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to be healthier, lose weight, or even someone that just wants a tasty treat. Not only do they have all of these things, but they also have workout classes every day...FOR FREE. I love this place. Thanks to everyone here...especially Nick! I can't say enough about Nutrition Head 2 Toe. The People are great. They treat you like family. Husband & Wife Owners, Vince & Tawnya Cline are the kindest people. Wife also owns shop next door called Indulgence Head 2 Toe (I assume Husband is part owner as well). The Nutrition store makes great Protein Shakes. Yesterday I had a brownie batter shake and first was encouraged to drink one of them thermogenic iced teas, which was good too. They offer fitness classses at no charge. Last night I attended their yoga upon the insistence of Vince's Mom, Jackie who also works there and is the type of Mom everyone wants to have. She even set up and washed down my yoga mat for me.
