I have asked them to bill my insurance, which they were provided, and they are still billing an insurance from two years ago. How hard is it to follow directions and bill a current insurer? I have left numerous messages for the billing office, the biller is Diana, and she never returns calls. This office cares only about charging patients but they don't care about the half rear service they provide. With every telehealth visit, the wait from calling to the doctor or NP/PA to answer averages about 30 minutes. You would think they would have the common courtesy to call the patient when they are free rather than make the patient wait on hold. Lastly, they never call to set up a follow up appointment but I'm told I would have someone calling. I always have to wait a few days before calling and inquiring about my follow up appointment.

The recommendations were a waste of time and money and in the end I only lost about 5 pounds. I had a massage therapist that I saw for many years before coming upon Seraphim. But she relocated to another state with her military husband. I went to many places after and was elated when I found Stephanie who, I have to say, was better than my therapist I saw for years. The program is easy to follow (nothing is off the table) and the WW app is top notch. I joined for…read morethe in-person workshops to keep me accountable, just my preference. Some people do very well using only the online (core) membership. I attend meetings in Westfield as much as possible because the members are "my people." They are supportive and we cheer one another's successes and share what works for us and what challenges we may have. I soak up all of the information I can (i haven't talked during the meetings yet). I've been to the 8:00 and 9:30 sessions on Saturdays with Valerie leading the meetings and she is fantastic. She filled in one Saturday at my closer location and I knew that she was the perfect leader for me. Westfield is the second closest location for me but worth the trip. The Millburn location is okay but the acoustics are terrible for me. I wear a hearing aid and it's very uncomfortable for me at that location (difficult to hear). The members there aren't as lively as the Westfield folk. I think it comes down to the leader. Once you find your leader, you'll know.
