They offer a nice variety of ice cream flavors, including gluten-free options, which is always a plus. I do wish they had a larger selection of toppings to choose from :(. The ice cream itself was good. Also, If you've ever had Big Dipper or Pralines flavors before, you'll have a good idea of what to expect since they have flavors there. We didn't try many of the other shop options , but I've heard good things about those places. As for the service, there were two employees working. One was friendly and welcoming, while the other came across impatient and not very personable. Unfortunately, our visit outside was also affected by some ladies not watching their kids around the side, whose behavior made the experience less enjoyable for several reasons. I won't get into the details, but it definitely took away from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere you'd hope to enjoy.
