Fast response, professional and polite repair man named Brian…read more I had already purchased the part, a bake igniter for a Samsung oven. After a brief inspection Brian announced the price would be $350 plus a $25 fee to use my part (which cost $25, btw). At that point, I couldn't really say no so I authorized the charge. He was here about 50 minutes total. I didn't receive a break out of charges, just a receipt for the total amount. So, excellent service but I believe the charge was quite high for a short repair.

Ernesto came to my home within two days to accommodate my schedule and knew what was wrong right away and diagnosed my 700 TF needed a new condenser fan motor. Not only was the price more than fare but I really enjoyed meeting such a down to earth God fearing man, it is my pleasure to know him. Please give FridgeFix a call the next time one of your refrigerators, Ice Chest or wine refrigerator goes on the blink I know you will be more than satisfied. I also would like to recognize Christina who originally answered the phone and left me a voice mail and a text when Ernesto could come and mentioned that Ernesto will call when he is 30 minutes away. I was given a three hour window between 1 and 3 pm and Ernesto was at my home at 1:50 pm. I'am very very satisfied. sincerely, Bill W. Mahwah, NJ

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a handyman service. I scheduled an appointment specifically to have a TV mounted with the wires concealed. I explained exactly what I needed ahead of time through Yelp Messenger, so there should have been absolutely no confusion about the scope of the job. The day of the appointment, they started texting me asking the same questions I had already answered--all of which were clearly visible in our Yelp conversation. Then they actually showed up without the equipment or materials needed to conceal the wires and told me they couldn't complete the job. So why show up in the first place? If you knew exactly what the job required before the appointment, there is no excuse for arriving completely unprepared to do it. This was a complete waste of my time and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. If you're looking to have a TV professionally mounted and your wires concealed, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would never use Tony's Handyman again.

Said there was nothing to indicate an oil leak. Throughout the week, the washer still smells of gear oil, and on Saturday morning my husband turned the washing machine on its side, unscrewed a cover, and there is gear oil leaking out from the bottom. The agitator did not need to come off; nothing would be visible. Parts can only be accessed from the bottom of the machine. Sent photos and a text to Handler, and they thanked me for the update and said nothing else. Not sure why I paid for a service call/diagnostic fee to tell me nothing was wrong, when clearly something is very wrong. Part on order. App is easy to use, and tech was on time and extremely polite, however: Will absolutely not use this service again, or recommend.
