Here is a "don't miss" place for a unique spin on a specialty store. Who knew you could basically sell one thing- nuts - and stay in business?! They roast the nuts in-house daily. And yes, they're kosher. And absolutely delicious. You'll never buy a can of any nuts again if you get a taste for these. It's part of our quarterly visit in fact since the shelf life is 90 days stored properly. Apparently they have a tremendous supply and wholesale business, so of course I only see a small part of the operation in-store. Not to mention they have a line of chocolates and popcorn, although I'm not a fan of either. I'm not fond of Merken's melting wafers. I personally didn't prefer the caramel corn either. You'll want to check the hours before heading to Nut Tos. And do consider gift giving the lovely packages for any occasion. There are some packed for you to eat and some beautifully presented boxes and containers to gift. The prices are reasonable and the service is above and beyond. I'm a fan!

I go here once a year religiously for their chocolate covered cashews. I've bought them elsewhere and they were good, but my dad specifically asks for me to go back and get them from here. Their chocolate, and other treats are delicious. Their employees are always helpful. Plenty to choose from. Gift baskets, tins, chocolate popcorn and anything else that can satisfy your sweet tooth. I recommend calling before you go for anything specific, as they were out of what I was looking for, due to staffing shortages. They told me to call next week, so I'm hoping they have some in when I call. I recommend completely.

Our portion of the Easter chocolates! :)

My family has loved Nuttos for years. My grandparents lived down the street so it was always a staple. My dad gets all of his Easter chocolate here every year for our dinner and the shapes and flavors never disappoint! They also have great popcorn kernels if you like to pop your own at home. Highly recommend!

World's best cashews!

Nutto's is a hidden gem. I never would have thought to even stop in the store, thinking it was just for suppliers or restaurants, but my Mom started going here and told me about it. They have THE best nuts. Their jumbo cashews are delicious, they're pretty expensive, but they're really worth the cost. I've eaten them as a substitute for lunch they're so filling. They really are delicious and way better than any other cashews you are going to find anywhere else. Nutto's sells chocolate products, popcorn, and all sorts of nuts. I enjoy buying their chopped pecans, chopped almonds, pistachios, and other chopped nuts. The nuts are great to use in homemade granola, in cereal, or as a snack on their own. It's a family-owned store and they seem nice. Definitely a place to check out. Don't be hesitant to go in because it is a good store. Very much a specialty store.

Inside, a great selection.

I never knew this place existed, I happened to see it as my wife and I were driving by. I love popcorn, it is my second favorite food. As a result when we were driving by and I saw popcorn on the sign I knew we were stopping. I think the one of the other reviewers nailed it, this is a chocolate and nut lovers paradise. They had a wide variety of pre-made goodies, such as the delicious and monstrous peanut butter square I devoured. The price for a box of chocolates was about $8, a little pricey, but the quality seems very good. The store is pretty large and in addition to the pre-made goodies, they also had nuts for sale, as well as chocolate supplies. All of that being said, the reason I stopped was for popcorn... I have to say in that area I was a little disappointed. They have multiple sized bags of popcorn seeds, some different popping oil options and some basic popcorn salt. I I was expecting more varieties of popcorn, of which there are a surprising amount. I was also expecting some seasoning options, which they didn't have. I was hoping that they might sell popcorn glazes, but they didn't have those either. If chocolate and nuts is what you're looking for this is your place, popcorn not so much.

The atmosphere…read morefeels off as it doesn't really have an aroma of popcorn - they make their popcorn in their flagship store in Lockport. I am all about supporting local but a few tweaks here and there could make this location feel more cozy. Also, I'd go with tile floors as opposed to the carpet - it doesn't feel 'clean' with the carpeting in my opinion. The person who waited on me was very friendly and accommodating, giving me a bit of history on the shop while I shopped. I think it would be great if they made some of their popcorn on site to give it more of a fresh feel. One bummer is they don't have kettle corn - the employee said it's because the process gunks up the popcorn maker. This is one of my favorites and I was hoping they'd have it. They do sell a brand of microwave kettle corn that they recommend - no thanks. I forgot to add that none of their popcorns are guaranteed gluten-free - you can read the ingredients to check but they could always have cross-contaminates - just a warning if you have Celiac Disease.

This…read moreseemed like a fun and delicious gift to add to my gift bags and show some love from our home city! Of course, I couldn't resist trying some myself! I loved the black truffle popcorn- garlic, black pepper, onion and black truffle yumminess pairs nicely with a glass of wine. I'm sure my wine-loving friends will also enjoy this particular flavor. I also tried the salted caramel popcorn. Salty and sweet at the same time, super tasty. I couldn't stop from digging in for more! I ordered 10 bags, many flavors I didn't try - yet. Yet. Hmm I'll have to show restraint or else these will be consumed before I even leave my house for the airport! Order 5 bags and owner Stephan will deliver locally to your doorstep for free. He's a very nice and friendly guy. Very bubbly with a smile on his face and love in his heart. He did me a big favor of bringing the goods to me in the suburbs. I'm on a tight schedule and probably wouldn't make it to his store that soon. So now I see gourmet flavored pretzels will also be offered by What's Poppin. Something new "flavor mastermind" Stephan has come up with! I'm looking forward to trying them. Hope you get a chance to try What's Poppin - a real treat!

I met the owner of this popcorn shop on December 10, 2019 at the Brewed Awakening Yelp Elite event…read more It was held at Buffalo Riverworks. One of the few flavors the owner had left--I didn't see his table until the end of the night--was the Sweet Coffee. It was quite good. I saw on Facebook recently that his business was vandalized. I wanted to support him and his employees so I decided to stop by this past Friday. I have an all or nothing attitude so when I really like something, I get excited and buy everything. That's basically what happened on Friday. The shop is really cute on the inside. They have fun decor. I was greeted with a friendly smile when I came in and the cashier/employee was cool. He was quick to answer any questions I had about certain varieties. They have many great kinds of popcorn for sale. The front of the bag has their logo, the name of the flavor, and a clear plastic part where you can see what the popcorn looks like. On the bag of the paper bag, it lists their address, phone number, email, and their website address. There is also an awesome quote on the back of the bag. (The joy of the journey is best measured by the friends not the miles.) I bought the Bloody Mary popcorn and the Health Freak popcorn for my best friend for her birthday. I didn't buy any of those for myself so I'm not sure how they taste. The Bloody Mary popcorn came with a small jar of Tabasco sauce. The Health Freak, per their website, is popped in avocado oil and Himalayan pink sea salt. I lost touch with my oldest friend over the last couple years. We've both been busy. I thought of getting her and her kids some popcorn as something fun. Every kind I bought for her, I bought myself as well. My favorite kind out of all of them that I bought is the Black Truffle. It tastes JUST like black truffle oil. It's salty and awesomely amazing. I can't wait to buy another bag soon. A close second for me is the loganberry flavor. It's flavorful and wonderful. It tastes like loganberry but in my opinion, it also tastes a bit like cotton candy. The loganberry is my friend's favorite flavor. My third favorite flavor is the S'Mores flavor. It's so great!! It is popcorn with Lucky Charms' marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and Graham cracker pieces added in. It's quite delightful and oh so good!!! I ate the whole bag in one sitting. Queen City Mix is their own take on Chicago style popcorn. Chicago style popcorn is caramel and cheddar cheese popcorn mixed together. What's Pop-In's Queen City Mix is cheddar cheese popcorn and kettle corn. I really enjoyed it. The peanut butter cup flavor was really good. I had some in the morning with coffee. I enjoyed it. My Lil Lady is really good. It tastes like birthday cake. The White Chocolate Raspberry is okay. It has raspberry dust. The big chunks of dried raspberry are a bit much. They were too surprising and sugary for my friend. She really enjoyed that flavor though. It has small white chocolate chips in it. The popcorn in it is good. The pizza flavor is good but not as flavorful as I would like. The Buff Wing is spicy and makes my nose itch. It's not one of my favorites. The Mexican Street Corn and the jalapeño (like jalapeño poppers) flavors were my least favorite. They tasted like pepper and made me sneeze a lot. I went a little crazy and spent $148.72. I honestly don't regret it. I'm happy to support a local business that has such a great product. If I go in again, instead of ordering online, I want to try some new (to me) flavors like (SNV) salt and vinegar. I'm not sure if they had any other flavors besides that one that I didn't try yet but I'm definitely going to check it out soon. I implore you to support this local business. You don't have to spend as much as I did, just stop by, say hello, and buy a bag.

When you enter, if you take a left you end up in the Candy Shop, and if you take a right you end up at the Ice Cream Shop. We did a quick pass through of the Candy shop, they have quite the selection, and the lady who was working at the time was incredibly friendly. The candy itself seemed to be a bit on the pricy side for what it was. On to the Ice Cream shop! They had quite a decent selection of flavors, and the day happened to be buy 1 get 1 free Pie slice day, so that is what we did. We went for once slice of the Apple Pie, and one Slice of the Peanut Butter Pie, to share. While the price was good for the pies, considering one slice was free, both slices seemed stale, and the apple pie seemed well underbaked. It was very clean inside, and we had the place to ourselves. I love tipping for good service, when I paid, I tipped 20% even through the employee seemed less than thrilled we were there. Not certain what the tip was for as we ended up having to go grab our own desserts, as well as bus our own table.
