Hands down the best guacamole I've ever tried! And now they offer wraps, which are an amazing combination with their guac. #SouthSideSpicy

The owner is very professional and the food is very good. We all are human, don't believe in all the negative reviews.

I stopped by with a friend for dinner. We love Thai food and haven't been here so we decided to…read moregive it a try. We got seated pretty quickly. We came around 6 for dinner and the space inside is pretty neat. I liked the decorations, it was so colorful and bright. It's pretty in there. I ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken at medium heat, and my friend ordered a tofu curry. Honestly, I felt like the medium heat was a bit mild for me. I think I could've ordered hot and it would've been fine. The noodles were good, sauce was nice and the veggies tasted fresh. Wait time for food wasn't long at all. My Pad Thai was good, but for me I wish the sauce was a little bit more savory. Don't get me wrong, I love the classic sweet and savory sauce but this dish ended up leaning more sweet rather than having that balance. So if you prefer a slightly sweeter Pad Thai, then this would be the place for you. We also had these rice crackers with a very thick sauce that was slightly sweet that was so tasty. The crackers were very crunchy and had a nice crisp. It paired so well with the sauce on the side, it was nice. Service was excellent. It helped that it wasn't super busy when we arrived. I wanted to order a boba to-go, but I genuinely didn't have anymore room haha. I was so full. I don't think I would order a Pad Thai for me, but I'd come back to try their other noodle dishes and definitely a boba and dessert.

Food was great and service too. I had basil stir fry chicken and my husband had the yellow curry…read more Heads up, the curries are intended for two people ($20). We didn't realize that and ended up with a ton of food. I ordered a coconut bubble tea which they didn't have on the menu, but she made one up and it was great. We came in for a late lunch on Monday so we got to chat with our waitress quite a bit. She's from northeast Thailand and very friendly. The place was very clean despite being a hole in the wall in a neighborhood I wasn't sure about (someone stuck their gum to our rental car while we were eating).

I've never had CAVA before until this place opened here, and I wish this was here earlier. Where…read morehas this been all my life? I always opt to make my own bowl. I switch between different proteins because there's so many different options. I've picked the Harissa Chicken, Grilled Chicken, and Falafel. I like doing the half and half and each of those proteins were delicious. They were juicy and not dry. The veggies tasted fresh, the sauces and proteins were flavorful and so tasty. Also I love how we can choose up to three different dips. I pretty much go for most of the toppings except avocado. And also the dressings!! I mix it up every time and the combinations have worked pretty well together, in harmony with everything in my bowl. It's hard to pick a favorite veggie for me because each one is so good, but I'll always get the pickled onions and fire roasted corn. For me, I have no complaints whatsoever. I always describe this place as a Chipotle but Mediterranean. I always get takeout so I can't comment on the ambiance inside. But ordering online is fairly simple and straight forward. This is one of my favorite places in the area to go and get food. Oh and also the juices are great too. I always get the Cucumber Mint Lime because it hits every single time, but I'd like to try their other juices too. I can't wait until the next time I come back here. Love you CAVA!

This was my first time visiting the brand-new CAVA here on Gunbarrel Rd, and my family and I…read moredecided to check it out for lunch. We were excited to try something fresh and healthy, and CAVA's Mediterranean flavors did not disappoint! I ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The vibrant mix of flavors and colors made the bowl feel like a full experience - spicy harissa honey chicken paired with the bold hot harissa vinaigrette gave it just the right amount of kick. The Crazy Feta and hummus added a creamy balance, while the avocado, fire-roasted corn, pickled onions, Persian cucumber, and feta brought freshness and texture. All of it came together beautifully over basmati rice and SuperGreens. Every bite felt fresh, flavorful, and filling. For my drink, I went with a large cup of fresh lemonade, which was the perfect refreshing balance to the spice in my bowl. The service was quick and friendly, with the staff taking the time to walk us through the menu since it was our first visit. The ambiance is modern, bright, and welcoming - perfect for a casual family lunch but also a great spot if you're on the go. Fun fact: CAVA actually started in 2006 in Washington, D.C., and has grown into a nationwide favorite for healthy Mediterranean cuisine. They focus on fresh, customizable meals and even make many of their dressings and dips in-house! Overall, I'm so glad we gave this place a try. This new Gunbarrel location is a fantastic addition to the area, and I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying other bowls and pitas on the menu. Highly recommend!
