Dr. Rose-Stine is such an amazing physician. She is always so friendly and kind. Provides amazing…read morecare and treats your babies like they are her own. Ashley Waldrop, NP also amazing. Took time to get to know my daughter and really speak to her on her level to encourage her to speak up for herself at the appointments. My daughter even surprised me with how much she knew about herself and her responses. Ashley Skrhak, NP is so sweet and always has a bubbly personality whenever she sees my children. She listened to my concerns and really let me ultimately decide the course of action for my baby boy (7months). I feel really empowered by the staff every time I visit and never have to worry about the care my babies are receiving. This is coming from a momma whose son has heart issues and daughter has a birth mark on her face. I never feel like I needed to worry with them!

Beware!!!! Went through hell last night because some physician's assistant (Kelly Greenwood)…read moreaccused us of child abuse and lied and told us he had a serious double ear infection and internal bleeding around a bruise just to get us to go to Fort Worth Cooks to get a trauma assessment. The small tiny almost missable bruise came from daycare and we told her that. It's literally logged and documented at the daycare. Also said he might have walking pneumonia. So he had to go through a trauma assessment of some sort from a team of people. Stuck a catheter up his penis. Drew his blood three different times. Did a full body x-ray to check for trauma. He didn't have anything wrong with him. Didn't have rsv, walking pneumonia, or an ear infection. The doctor said he actually looked great inside but just had congestion and a fever. It's was a wild night. I'm looking up people to sue the piss out of her and cook's. Something triggered that physicians assistant. My wife and I could tell from the start. After talking to our pediatrician, we have learned that they are targeting families with CPS that do not vaccinate their children with their poisons. It has happened to three other couples that go to our pediatrician. We're not really sure but the doctor at the other cooks was baffled at us being there and what Kelly Greenwood reported. We are currently trying to reach out to Fox News, OAN, and a couple other news networks. We were not even informed at the urgent care my son would go through the trauma assessment. If your children are no vaccinated stay away from Cook's, especially this one!!

I want to start by saying we chose this pediatrician because of the great reviews. There have been…read morea handful of times my daughter has had a fever and the office does a good job getting us in quickly. I have had good experiences with Dr Davis, however Dr V is the reason for my negative experience and bad review. My daughter is 14 months old about two months ago I took her in for a fever. She was checked out and told it was an upper respiratory infection, just take Tylenol. That night her temperature got to 103.6 with Tylenol and we took her to the ER where we found out she had a double ear infection. One day of antibiotics and she was better. Two weeks ago she had a fever again and I told them she recently had the ear infections, maybe it was that? Again we were told by this pediatrician that she had an upper respiratory infection after they examined her at 9am. By 1pm she was inconsolable so I took her to Cooks Children's Urgent Care where they confirmed she had a double ear infection AGAIN. I called the clinic to notify them, two weeks later they have never called me back. Needless to say we will be changing pediatricians.

Would not recommend to anyone. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience here. With it being…read moremy very first time visiting this office I was more than expecting a warm welcome. Within minutes I could tell the lady at the front desk wasn't thrilled to be at work. The nurse that called us back and took my child's measurements couldn't have been more cold and stand offish. Zero eye contact, zero small talk, zero interaction with my child (the patient!). Dr Hiatt was the only light I saw in that building. She was great with my child and seemed genuinely happy to be seeing us. The next nurse was just as uninterested as the other two gals in the office. Parents already have stress around taking their children to the doctors, the last thing we want is to feel unwanted and like an inconvenience. Customer service is beyond important, especially in the pediatric world.

Due to Covid they are doing appointments in the car right now (which I actually like better). I can't say enough great things about this office! The world of motherhood starting out is a scary freaking place, and you can read a lot in the world of the internet these days which more often than not makes it even scarier. I took a leap of faith when taking my first baby to her first newborn check, a week after she was born, at this Cook's Pediatrics location. I scheduled an appointment for one of the colleague doctors, because the main doctors i'd heard about here were booked. I was booked with Dr. Jackson in August of 2012, and haven't looked back since. In fact, I just got back from an appointment with her and my second kiddo today in May 2016. Dr. Jackson has always honored my mother/kiddo questions, big, small, important, or silly (like today when I said semi-sarcastically... I'm afraid she has West Nile Virus!) with complete and thorough answers that have never, not even once made me feel like an idiot for asking them. She reassured me and walked me through statistics, and tips when fear of SIDS controlled my life for the first year of motherhood. Her bedside manner with children is absolutely impeccable and my children both enjoy her company. She can even get my younger one to crack a smile, and she starts screaming the moment we walk into the building. If Dr. Jackson isn't available, because she only works certain days (hey! she's a mom too!), we will see Dr. Leung. She is also fabulous! She is very thorough, talking things through from the beginning of symptoms and always proceeding on the side on caution with me, because it typically makes me feel better. When my first was 10 days old she had a red lump in the breast which they thought thought to be a serious condition. Dr. Leung consulted with a colleague who had been practicing for many years and brought him in to look before offering her recommendation of an ER visit. I always recommend these ladies to anyone with a new baby looking for a doctor in the Bedford area. They are awesome in their work, with kiddos and parents the same.
