She's kind, professional, courteous, patient and actually allows the parent to fulfill the parental role of taking charge of their children's health and well being. It's obvious she believes her role is to guide and support the parent, not dictate and overrule. They gave me a bag on my first visit without asking if I was interested in purchasing products they sell. One was vitamins that contained what I already take. When I tried to return it, I was told they don't do returns. Second visit - wanted me to buy more vitamins and a pillow. All appointments were scheduled without asking my preference of days or times. I cancelled them all after the third visit and spending $500.

When I got there, no one took my vitals -- no temperature, no weight, nothing. When I saw Janice in person, she completely ignored that information, barely looked at my skin, and insisted it was pityriasis rosea -- even though I explained that my boyfriend and my cats had the same spots. She brushed that off and told me it wasn't contagious, which made zero sense. I had to push back and practically fight just to get the prescription I needed. Once I finally got the medication, my skin started clearing up the next day -- proving my original provider was right. Janice was dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to listen. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone who wants to be taken seriously or actually heard. 0 stars if I could.

About 5 years ago i was involved in a really bad car accident and at the time had no insurance. Dr. Chambers knew i was a single mom just trying to make it to my next paycheck. He made it a point to give me the samples when possible or the least expensive scripts. That may not sound like a big deal to most people, but it was huge to me!! People like Pastor Steve D. makes me so mad! so the rest of this will be to clear up what he had to say about Dr. Chambers and his office. I will do this as nicely as possible because i myself am a Christian. First of all... Pastor Steve D. I commend you for the service you gave to our Country! For that I Thank You! I know it is not my job to judge people, that is Gods job. But Pastor Steve D. I happen to know for a FACT that Dr. Chambers is a very Godly Christian man. Did you know he met his wife at church when he was 13 and she was 12? They are members of a local church in Azle. His office is very family oriented. They have a place for toddlers to play and a TV for people waiting to see him & Matt his PA. As far as the front desk goes, I'm sure when you said you have Medicare their response was they don't except medicare, not they can't see you. I'm sorry if you felt "Lower Class" but I know that they have never made me feel that way. They don't give special treatment to anyone whether they are a family of 5 or a family of 2! Everyone is treated with the same RESPECT!!! In the 10+ years I have been a patient of Dr. Chambers I have never heard anyone take the Lords name in vein or make blasphemous comments. As for Matt the PA only spending 4 minutes with you...I find that very hard to believe! First of all they look over your records before they even go into the room. They are there for the problems you currently have and not for the problems for have had over the course of your life. Not saying that isn't important, but not relevant to your visit on that day. So Pastor Steve D, I am curious why you have a problem with Dr. Chambers at all? You didn't see him for your appointment that day, you seen Matt his PA. You have complained about everyone BUT Dr. Chambers. What you don't realize is Dr. Chambers is the one that reaps the consequences of what you have said. And he DOES NOT deserve that! Also they can't let someone walk out of the office with a script and turn around and call one in. They are Law abiding people Dr. Chambers could lose his Medical License for doing that. It sounds like you want preferential treatment for some reason and because you didn't get it you slander Dr, Chambers. I'm sorry but I couldn't just let this slip by without leaving my review and committing on yours. For everyone wanting a GREAT Doctor...I recommend Dr. Chambers!!! He truly cares about his patients, employees & community. He is a Godly Christian family man! Give him a try if you need a new doctor. You won't be sorry!

Tried to check in online & it wouldn't send me the code. When I arrived they told me they didn't have the staff to see me & only allow 5 minutes late time. That's the first I've ever heard of that & we've been going here for almost 3 years. I was naturally upset since I had to take off work & while talking to Rusty about it he told me to go to urgent care if my son was "really that sick" & when I told him I was there right now, couldn't they just fit me in, he told me to "just leave instead of standing there talking to him like an idiot"! WHAT???? I was just called an idiot by the MANAGER of this office. Worst experience EVER. Too bad the Dr.'s can't get support staff that reflects the bedside manner because it's usually great. I gave them another shot after being turned away last month when we got there (ON TIME) because they couldn't be bothered to call me to tell me that they no longer take my daughter's insurance after making an appointment for her. They simply DO NOT provide any sort of customer support. We won't be using them again. HORRIBLE STAFF. HORRIBLE.
