Why expose an otherwise healthy infants or young child to illness if they are just there for routine care? I like that Dr. Ward has been in practice for around 20 years, her bedside manner is fantastic. She is very down to earth and knowledgeable. Her group has access to Oak Hill Hospital, and have won awards for their care. I look forward to having her as our family pediatrician.

After I few months I recieved an invoice for 34.19 I then called asked what for was told not to worry till they research. The next appointment I asked again . I was told they did not know what for. I said ok when I went to the appointment I was told I could not be seen over the 34.19 . The office manager took me in a room and told me it was because I left early over 6 months ago and insurance did not cover that visit. I was angry very mad to the point my predisone kicked in which never has before . I then said I was leaving a bad review over this for it was a ridiculous charge and it told me this doctor doesnt care for me she cares for money and reviews .she left a message in my patient portal terminating my care with her.
