Then says he doesn't recommend treatment. The worst part is my dad ask for a referral to one of the top cancer centers in Florida dr diaz denied the referral because he doesn't like Moffitt. His receptionist are liars told me that moffitt didn't take my dad's insurance another lie I guess lying to keep their jobs. Ugh then tried to get another referral was told Dr diaz said my dad wanted hospice instead none of this was true. This Dr sent hospice and priests out to my dad's while refusing to give referrals for second opinion. I'd like to know what kind of Dr won't try help a patient possibly love longer? So all the stress anxiety lies to our family I believe this Dr is covering something up not to mention his lying staff so we have a lawyer already that took his case and thank God we found a better Dr for him to see and get a referral. He just gave me dad pills knowing what he's going through after possible diagnosis of gbm. Him and his staff will be sued not to mention the pain and suffering he's put everyone through and didn't bother to even try to help my 72 year old dad. So if your looking for a possible misdiagnosis stress anxiety and mental anguish see Dr diaz. Please go somewhere else do yourself and your loved ones a favor!!!!!!!

We tried going to two local emergency rooms only to find that both of them were packed full. So we decided to come to Lifeguard Urgent Care. We are so grateful that we did! We scheduled an appointment, and were able to complete the registration paperwork online. The staff were very caring, professional, and polite. We saw an amazing nurse practitioner named Brittany. She thoroughly examined my aunt, and prescribed some medication. I am a registered nurse, and I was most impressed! I'd highly recommend this urgent care!!

When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

My experience, however, was not the best. The waiting time was surprisingly long despite being second in line. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room which wasn't a big deal for me but I was in the actual exam room for a long time, and it wasn't a very busy day. At one point I was alone in the waiting room. Once they finally got to me, I explained how I felt, since I had flu like symptoms and I needed some blood work done, and that's where my bad time was had. Here's the deal, nobody likes needles. I was told I have tiny veins, and after sticking me three times and two different arms I didn't end up getting the blood sample I needed. As soon as they pulled the needle out, blood was all over my arm, and some fell to the floor. Honestly, I'm a bit traumatized. I've had blood taken out before, and it has been very quick, almost painless, and one and done. This was a rough experience for me and idk if I can bring myself to go back after that. This was just my experience. I don't want to trash on the whole urgent care because people did seem very kind, but the waiting time was pretty long for an office that didn't seem so busy. I did after the third needle have a mini panic attack and they got me water and calmed me down. They gave me a slip to go to quest diagnostics after a few days because they couldn't get the bloodwork they needed. It's been a rough 2025 start, fam. Hoping that folks have better experiences than me.
