At first they also declined, then called me back indicating they could do it. They got a battery, went to the car and installed it, then locked it up. Daughter got there and it started right up. The only sentence that came out of my mouth was kind and trying to figure out what their policies and procedures were. i begun by explaining that I had sent the necessary documents to someone that I spoke with previously and also mentioned in my email that I had a doctors appointment. I was in no way snarky or rude and in fact, I'm quite a people person and know how stressful working and customer service can. I work with difficult people every day as a branch manager and a licensed insurance agent. The very next statement from this gal was that it's against procedure to send information or make appointments via email and literally I felt like I had just murdered her entire family. certainly hope that they record their phone because the level of customer service that I received from was unwarranted and unprofessional, and frankly, if there was another agency to use in Spokane, I certainly would go there. As a government funded agency, I plan on contacting someone official in the local government level. There is no reason for an agency to have this many complaints and for employees to treat people the way they do. This person hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone else. I would not recommend this business to anyone. No one deserves to be treated like this and it's impossible to get a hold of someone as well. I do have to say that there was an employee by the name of Katie Dalton, and she was very helpful and professional I appreciate appreciated her help greatly

OK, I didn't have a deposit- but it was very difficult to even get anyone from their Auburn or Spokane locations to interact with me. I was assured I'd get a call back 'in an hour' (no call), 'by tomorrow' (no call), 'next week' (no call). I gave them ample time and opportunities to get back to me about multiple busses with unacceptably poor results. They may have great busses, I don't know, but you're on your own if you ever want to actually interact with a dealer and get information on or purchase one. One star for polite and kind interactions from the dealers on the rare occasions I was able to exchange words with one.
