    Extremely poor customer service. I was speaking with a rep for over ONE MONTH. I had picked a bus…read morefrom their available stock and was told two days before I drove to their location to pick up that it had been sold. OK, I didn't have a deposit- but it was very difficult to even get anyone from their Auburn or Spokane locations to interact with me. I was assured I'd get a call back 'in an hour' (no call), 'by tomorrow' (no call), 'next week' (no call). I gave them ample time and opportunities to get back to me about multiple busses with unacceptably poor results. They may have great busses, I don't know, but you're on your own if you ever want to actually interact with a dealer and get information on or purchase one. One star for polite and kind interactions from the dealers on the rare occasions I was able to exchange words with one.

    It is a huge company and you are just a number…read more Staff dropped the ball on working with my insurance. If there was a hang up, nothing done further until I contacted them to keep things moving. I did eventually get the machine, but it took several months longer than it should. I used to work with a company called BetterNight. My hope is to return to them someday. Way better service and nicer people.

    After 13 phone calls, and working with Washington Attorney General's office and BBB, my advice is…read moreto stay away from Lincare Incoporated and any of its offices - as they all bill through the main offices. We prepaid for an oxygen machine for one month. It was returned within the month. Since then, we get two different bills from two separate groups at Lincare each month for the oxygen tank with new monthly charges on it. (Remember we prepaid for a month and only had it for a month, so we owe nothing.) However, the charges for services not rendered or requested increases every month by 115 dollars. I have called them 13 times. 5 times they told me it was resolved. With over 8 promises of phone calls back, they never called back once. Talking with supervisors produces similar results. Their favorite excuses all revolved around the fact that the person we need to talk to is not avialable now - either timezone - sick - vacation - out on a call etc.... Twice, I have gotten them to admit was returned, and that the have the equipment - all to no avail. Some of my bills come from Ft Lauderdale office, I have written them letters, and they cannot bother to respond. To paraphrase Judge Aquilina, I would not even let my dog use Lincare. Don't say you were not warned.
