Spoke to a extreme rude receptionist by the name of christie, although this was not the first time that I've had a rude employee while scheduling rides; it seems like all of their receptionist, that schedule rides hate life, and hate their jobs; So they take it out on the customer. it's not my fault They work a minimum wage job, and they don't like going to work! they should have went to school or seeked better employment opportunities elsewhere. read more

What on earth had happened to this place?? I've been calling for 3 days to book a ride. No one answers the phone. No One calls back. Yet they expect 2 day notice to book your ride. So basically, no one is benefitting from this service provider. Us patients with disabilities are not being able to get to and from our medical appointments which we have to wait weeks to get in and see a specialist. Time to clean house!!! read more

Terrible experience/ Today Valery denied the fuel voucher for my husband's APPOINTMENT to his primary care physician, where he is a patient for at least 5-6 years now. she said that we have a clinic 5 miles closer to our house and he has to go to that clinic. It is mean to switch from your trusted doctor, get a new doctor who has no info about you, .... Valery referred to the protocol which was in place and only today she realized that he needs to switch the clinic/ Very disappointed/ stressed / our rights to visit the primary doctor has been violated ... This place is a joke. Their dispatcher Angie is rude and they ask personal questions and treat you like trash. They are Medicaids transportation service and good luck finding a way to vent a complaint or a nice person to talk to. Impossible. You can't get anyone on the phone. Where to start... I have been using this service for 3 years...all I can say is its better than nothing and that is really pushing it. The office staff is a mixed group, but it only takes one apple to spoil the barrel. I have made several attempts to have certain employees review because of extreme behavior such as talking under there breath, completely denying to transfer my call to a supervisor. Angie and a couple of other employees are well known to me for the same kind of behavior as mention in the other complaint before mine. I have had my family doctor request several times to have my physical treatment at Apex instead of Peak. They don't seem to be able to receive fax's since my doctor had to send in his first attempt of referral four times and two different fax numbers, really, yep. They like to contact me almost immediately when they can tell me no, but win I am right it takes days for a call back. Rusty who is the one in charge, has never returned a request for a call back. They are funded by State and Federal to cover some of the loss they claim and yet they lost money last year? Where did it go? They employees don't make much above minimum? This company needs to review by a state and federal watchdog! I would like to say the drivers are completely awesome and they often use other services such as Catholic Charities and some independent operators. I could go on for days, but that gives you an idea what you will have to deal with as long no one challenges this monster. read more

This a service for which I am truly grateful that my insurance covers, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have had issues multiple times when calling with being rushed, interrupted, and spoken to rudely. I hope this issue gets addressed and the employees conduct themselves in a more professional manner. read more
