I took my 2012 Honda CRV in for an oil leak. Jesse and his team found the problem and took good care of the repair, changed the gaskets and even replaced the bolt on the motor mount. They're not the easiest to work on but they put in the labor and I have my old reliable car back. My God, this place is the absolute worst. They manage to do half-assed work, and then: -Hang up on you when you call to resolve it -Drop f-bombs in their shop to customers -Resort to shoving customers in heated debates Why would anyone support these idiots? One of my friend recommended this place and I am so glad I chose to follow her advice! Usually what happens when I go to a new car place is, people tell me my car is about to break down and needs to be fixed as soon as possible and give me, according to a person who knows a little more about car "unbelievable." So I always have to bring those quote to someone who knows about cars, but sometimes when I get scared or don't have time to come back, I accept the services and regret afterwards. This place, on the other hand, was different. The guy in front office was very friendly and nice. He gave me exact quote of the work. The mechanics didn't "fined something wrong with my car while fixing one thing which I have to pay extra two hundred." So I apologize for my skepticism and attitude while I was in the shop. The other reason I was so skeptical was that, when I called other places and explained what I want it done, one place told me it's going to cost $290, but this place was less than $60. I am more sad than mad. I recently brought in my 2004 forester in response to my check engine light warning. The result of my $118.00 diagnosis was a faulty Variable Valve Timing Solenoid. Jessie called and quoted me a total price of $662.59. I gave permission to go ahead with the work. When I picked up the car I asked why the part was so expensive. I was charged $317.54. He said, "It is what it is. Subaru parts are expensive." When I got home I checked on line and found numerous OEM Subaru prices for this valve ranging from $70.00 to $90.00. I checked with Auto Nation Subaru and was quoted $158.99. I brought my paper work back to Jessie and asked why the mark up was nearly 100%. First he said that he put in an after market valve that offered a lifetime warranty, later in the conversation he said he uses Down Town Subaru of Spokane and not Auto Nation. I asked if there was anything he was willing to do to adjust my bill. He said, "No". When I returned home I called Subaru of Spokane and was quoted $150.66. Jessie is a likable guy but he seems to have a bit of trouble with the truth and certainly with a fair mark up on his parts. I called last week and scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. We scheduled an 8 am drop off for the following Monday. I live out of town and made the appointment for a time when I would be in Spokane for several hours (3). When I came back my vehicle was in the the same parking spot which isn't a good sign. When I went in to check the status I was told that my car hasn't been done. What's the point of making an appointment if nothing is going to happen until hours later? Had I been told that appointment times are meaningless then I wouldn't have driven out of my way nor would we have brought 2 cars to Spokane. read more

My boyfriend took our car here and it was a nightmare. The windshield wipers didn't work. We had to take it here three times before they even fixed it. That's weeks with no car/ windshield wipers not working in the bad weather we have had this winter. They charged him each time despite them ordering a broken motor and not getting it to work. The third time they kept it for a week and while it was there someone hit our car. They took no responsibility but thankfully got her info. Also when we went to pick up the car it was sitting in the Yokes parking lot completely unlocked. Take your car some where with better, quicker, more honest service. read more

Noah was my absolute saving grace, he was so patient and helpful it made the nightmare of trying to fix the problem on my own go away completely. All this while he was working the day after thanksgiving with several broken ribs (I hope they are healing nicely). While traveling to Spokane for a family Thanksgiving I ended up throwing the keeper nut on my power steering pulley somewhere along I-90. The dealer didn't have the part and couldn't get it until the following Tuesday. The thread pattern and size where very unique and no one (called everywhere I could think of including Fasteners, Home Depot, auto parts stores, Fastenal, etc.) had anything in stock that would work. No one even had a tap that would let me cut the correct pattern into another bolt. I wasted an entire day trying to fix my car instead of with my family. Hopeless, out of daylight, with dirty hands, and a dejected look on my face I finally just pulled the darn pump and walked into the Indian Trail Service Center. Noah was happy to help and scrounged for a loose nut that may fit, when that didn't work they drilled out a nut and where able to tap it to fit. He didn't even know why they had that tread pattern, it was a one off tool in someones bench. I cannot thank the guys enough, it was late, it was the day after Thanksgiving, I didn't have an appointment, I had an oddball request, and despite all that they were incredibly professional, helpful, and really pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to these guys for anything that came up, I wish they were in Seattle so I could continue to work with them. Thanks a million Noah, you not only got me back on the road, you lifted an incredible burden and let me enjoy the rest of my time in Spokane with my family. read more

If this place wants more business - they need to learn phone ettiquette. I called for a price on a part, the man answering was short, curt and seemed to care less what I was calling for. He didn't listen and I know he gave me the wrong answer. Needless to say, we will NEVER take any vehicle to them even though they are convenient. For good service - try Preedy's! Beware! Indian Trail Service Center takes advantage of people who don't know any better. My 83-year old grandpa unnecessarily gets his car towed from 4 blocks away, at least 3 times a year, to Indian Trail Service Center, where they then tell him his car needs all sorts of work, which they charge him for and either don't do, or do poorly, because he pays for the same work over and over. A few weeks ago, my grandpa needed a new battery, and they told him he needed a new alternator(without even looking at the car) and that the only way the battery could be changed is with their "special tools". He told them he would have his grandson come look, but they tried to insist that it needed to be brought to them for the "special tools". Karma wins out in the end, guys. read more
