Best tailors in the state! Let me preface that I am a seamstress myself, retired Clothing teacher and did not want to attempt my own alterations, as this was a gown for my daughter's wedding. After 4 attempts/fittings with another place I took the dress to Mina and Heba, in tears, as I thought it was ruined. I could not believe how botched it was, even the thread didn't match. This was two weeks before my daughter's wedding! Heba and Mina could not be more kind or humble. They literally took the dress apart and rebuilt it, fitting it perfectly to me. Let me start by saying Number One Tailors really is number one. He is a magician with hands, anything that needs to be done will be perfectly executed the way you want. He is very easy going, respectful, kind and gets the job the well and fast. Service is wonderful and so is his work. He's done work from easy things like a broken zipper to fixing up my daughter's prom dress to endless amounts of our families denims and expensive clothing. I truly trust his work and can't name one single thing that I did not like about his work, service or place! I had called and had driven to several places 5.31.24 with prom and wedding season at its peak and wasn't having any success for 2 dresses for a Sweet 15 for my niece, both my teenage daughters needed alterations..TILL I spoke to Heba!!! Heba was absolutely kind over the phone and had me come in with both my daughters, her husband, Mina was there and took both my daughters in to make the adjustments for their dresses. I'm so happy I met Heba and Mina they were kind, courteous and gave me an incredible price considering I needed the alterations with a 1 day turnaround. Family owned and operated. I walked in with 3 pants at 1100, asking for just 1 to be altered that day, if possible. They called me back only a couple hours later. I returned at 1400 that afternoon and all 3 were done, and done well. The care and skill put into the job could only be done by an expert with lots of experience. No issues, no complaints. They came out great and exactly as I requested. They are all very nice and helpful. They accommodated me and helped me, even though they had other projects to work on. I needed to get my dress hemmed last minute and everyone was busy! #1 Taylors was excellent from the second they picked up the phone to the minute I picked up my dress. They explained that they were really busy but would try and to get it done within 3 days. The dress was done the next day and the job is implacable. The dress looks like it just came from the shop.
