Ordered online 5 meals. 2 Bourbon chicken neither had flavor, chicken was extremely dried out, sauce flavorless and watery. Rice comes in side one missing. Sweet and sour chicken dried out no flavor to sauce, large wonton soup tasted old. Roast pork with mushrooms was edible but not anything flavorful. Best points were spring rolls were good and delivery was on time good temp good for delivery. Second time I tried them based on coworkers prior experience. Maybe return after a long while away. Got a bunch of dishes for a family dinner including beef and vegetables, dumplings, general Tso's chicken, orange chicken, fried rice, edemame, egg rolls, and lo mein. Everything was delicious and fresh. The orange chicken could've been slightly stronger in taste as it tasted just like the general tso's. I would definitely order from here again! read more

This is my go to place when I am in Syracuse and looking for Chinese food. My favorite which is that on every Chinese menu is the Chicken with Chinese eggplant. We usually pick up since we stay near by but their delivery service has been very good also. read more

Yuck. The seafood soup was tasteless. The vegetables and seafood were way overcooked. The General Tso chicken tasted like it was slathered in Frank's Red Hot. 5 stars doesn't mean that they're the best restaurant around, but for takeout, it's everything you can ask for. I lived in Queens for years, and the quality is as good as any of the takeout places I frequented in the city, plus, the prices are good and my food always gets here a half hour earlier than expected. I've ordered here 4 times in the last two months and that experience has been the same every single time. The entrees came in containers that are half the size of typical Chinese food takeout. I ordered quart size and pint size rice. The quart size was actually a pint and the pint sizes measured 1 cup. I have mixed feelings about this place. The first time we went there it was really good, or were we just really hungry. We have probably been there 6 times, I (Eileen) try something different every time, my husband sticks with sweet and sour pork, except for the one time I made him try something different, BBQ pork, it was tough and dry. Let me say this, the portions are large, the food is hot, it is ready when they say it will be but the food is not consistent. The last time we went there I didn't even get what I ordered. Comparing this to others of its kind it is superior to them and some of their dishes are good. My husband loves their eggrolls and will order extra, I think the flavor is good but they are greasy. Pretty good tasting and the best part was that they were so much quicker than what was originally expected highly recommend their wonton soup it look health and clean not oily like other Chinese restaurants look so greasy unhealthy. Our first experience was horrible - tofu was over fried (to a hollow crispness) and the sauces were way too sweet. Also there was a dearth of vegetables in our tofu and vegetable dishes. Our second experience (concluding as I write this), has been better. We order tofu and mixed vegetables with garlic sauce, and Szechuan tofu with vegetables. Way more vegetables in our tofu dishes (lotsa carrots, onions, broccoli, healthy amounts of mushrooms, and even zucchini!!), and the tofu was cooked perfectly for the garlic dish orderer, and perfectly uncooked for the Szechuan orderer. But I can't give it any more than three stars because the sauces are still way too sweet. The garlic sauce wasn't garlic-y at all - sure maybe the smallest hint of garlic made it through, but the taste was just dominated by sweetness. Same with the Szechuan dish - no heat or spiciness at all! None. Just a very sweet brown sauce with some red pepper flecks doing nothing but spreading false hopes. Will Chinese food ever swing in a more authentic direction? I know it has in many places, but will these quick take out places ever catch up? read more

Terrible. They wouldn't deliver even though I'm well within their delivery zone of 2 miles... mind you I'm near the end at 1.7 miles... but I have had them deliver here a few times before. The man hung up on me and when I called back to try and understand what he said he got really aggressive and yelled and passed off the phone to another man who continued to yell.
