They're very good at diagnosing what the actual problem is with your car and never just try throwing parts at it to get it fixed. They've always been able to fit me in their schedule when it works for me and been incredibly helpful with maintaining all of our vehicles. Between my wife and I and our kids we have six cars that regularly have gone to Grafton Tire as needed. I have recommended them two dozens of people over the years and everyone has been very happy with them.

The receipt broken down was $15 for the patch-plug part and $76 in labor for roughly 15 minutes of bench work. When questioned, they claimed the high labor charge was because they had to dismount and balance the tire, but dismounting, patching, and balancing IS the standard flat repair process everywhere else. Typical market rate for a loose wheel patch/plug and balance in the local area is $30 to $50 total. Staff was friendly and the repair was done, but charging $76 in labor on a tire that required zero vehicle hoisting, wheel removal, or lug nut work is extreme price gouging. Make sure to get a clear labor quote upfront before bringing work here.
