They're friendly, laid back and honest. We've taken a sentra, a matrix, and a massive diesel pick-up there for a number of different "operations". All went well. I am highly appreciative of the work and dedication that Daniel and Cynthia put into work here. After having a good mechanic for over ten years, I had to look for a new place. I was happy to find them after recommendations from friends. They are honest, very communicative, and flexible; they don't seem to force you into a decision or make you feel like they are trying to get a leg up on you. They look at things from the customer's point of view, and for me, that goes a long way. They exemplify having a relationship with the people you are going to see and not just treating it just like a business. I highly recommend them for your automobile work.

That in turn caused my car to shudder pretty violently. I didn't know what it was so I brought it to them in a panic with no appointment. They looked at it for me, assured me everything was fine, and didn't even charge me. So nice of them. And it was fine. When I drove it home from work there was no issue. Needed new front brakes a few weeks ago - they did it quickly and at a very reasonable/affordable cost. I am always happy with this shop so I wanted to add another review, as I've brought it in a few times since my original visit. I will continue to go here exclusively. Even just for my oil changes. Comparable in cost to those drive thru places but the service is next level.

Mark took the time to actually inspect the car properly -- he confirmed the front suspension didn't need replacing, but more importantly, he caught something the other shop completely missed: rust and damage to the rear subframe that needs urgent attention. He walked me through exactly what he found, showed me the problem area in person, and flagged that there's an ongoing class action lawsuit related to this issue that I should look into. He also recommended I take the car to Audi for a full inspection to be safe. And he didn't charge me a dime for the visit. It's rare to find someone in this business who is this honest, thorough, and genuinely looking out for the customer instead of just running up a bill.
