Our daughter Brooklyn started at Nuevoltion when she was about 2.5, and it's honestly been the best experience. She's tried hip hop, ballet, tap, and a couple of the summer camps and has loved every single one. Her teachers (she's had Gabby and Angie, the owner) are both amazing with the kids, and Brooklyn always looks forward to class (it's the highlight of her week). The studio has a lot of options, the prices are reasonable, and the recital at the end of the year is super organized and fun to watch. We're really happy we found such a great dance studio so close to home. If you're looking for a new studio in Queen Creek, definitely give this one a try - you won't regret it! read more

This studio claims to be family friendly, but if you are not friends with one of the owners or one of the dance instructors, chances are you won't move forward. When an owner/instructor is hanging out at clubs, bars, going to Disneyland or trips with the same parents of dancers, and ironically those kids get all the opportunities to move up.......i call that a complete conflict of interest. There are some wholesome instructors, but no matter how good they are, if the favoritism continues it is clear the studio will not grow into what it could become. Word will travel about this behavior as the dance community is small in the area. I hope they get their stuff together because the potential is there. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter is 2 and we called to get her into classes and they had us sign up for the princess ballerina class. We get there and it never felt welcoming. The instructor/teacher never even introduced herself to us. We had no idea what we were doing. My daughter was obviously nervous and scared because she's never done this before, so she cried. I sat in the class with her and the instructor ignored us the entire time. Never tried to include her. She never smiled or anything. She at one point started scolding another child and threatening that she wasn't going to get her "sparkles" after class if she wouldn't listen. After about 10 min of sitting on the floor with my daughter (who calmed down but was still a little weary) we were told that we needed to leave because we were being too distracting to the class. It's for 2 year Olds!!!!!! My 2 year old was being too distracting for a 2 year old class!?!? At that age, they should just be having fun in the dance class and not have a huge structured dance. I understand theyre teaching them a dance but they took it so seriously that they literally scolded a little girl that was just having some fun with the music. I'm furious because it's her first day and of course she's going to cry. That's normal. And then to ingore us and proceed to kick us out was so wrong. Terrible service. I was so excited because I heard so many good things and the reviews are great but for some reason they were frustrated with us because my 2 year old was acting like a 2 year old in a 2 year old class. The owners Angie and Rashell are amazing. Some how Angie knew my son would love ballet! That's right ballet! He started with Hip Hop but is now hooked on ballet! All the staff is extremely friendly and very supportive. They really go out of their way to make your kid and family feel welcome! I also love that you can try any class for free the first time! I also do Zumba at NuEvolution. I love the small class size. It's not like exercise at all it's more like a party! I never took Zumba before and these ladies all made me feel very welcome! read more

What a spectacular place for my daughter to train and learn! Last year I was looking for a ballet strong, competitive dance school for my 8 year old daughter...preferably not too far from where I live. Having grown up a competitive dancer myself, I knew the potential that dance studio divas, catty dance moms, and studio drama usually came with the deal. This is NOT the case at NuEvolution. My daughter is on the Jr Company team, and Jr Hip Hop Company team, and I have been so impressed by this studio in so many ways. I really feel like it's the best of both worlds: opportunities for competition, AND a friendly, welcoming place for first time dancers, or for dancers who only want to be recreational. First off the ballet training here is top notch. In less than a year my daughter's amazing skill growth can definitely be attributed to her ballet teacher, Miss Cat. My daughter was a former gymnast, and I was concerned about her loosing her tumbling skills...but NOPE! Ms Brandi has not only helped her retain her skills, but she's taught her so many new things! And how AWESOME is it that the hip hop teacher, Sal, is a member of the Elektrolytes dance crew?!? He is so good with the kids too! Honestly I could write something good about every teacher she's had. We have been here almost a year, and I am so pleased we found our "studio home". The welcoming atmosphere the owners provide, combined with the amazing teachers, make this a place you should DEFINITELY try!
