The staff in the procedure office are extremely pleasant and professional, however the staff in the lower-level reception area could use some additional training. The wait time is never very long and they are truly sticklers for punctuality. I have witnessed people being turned away for being just a few minutes late. Parking at this location is convenient, as long as you are not just walking in. The closest parking lot is reserved for patients who are check-in by name. Parking is validated which is always a plus.
