The medication errors caused my mom to become unresponsive. She got a super bug infection that wasn't treated. The docs at Harper ICU where we demanded she get transferred back to discovered the infection. At vibra, the docs and nurses pushed narcotics that we repeatedly told them caused adverse side effects in my mom. Vibra overmedicated my mom which caused hallucinations, paranoia and unresponsiveness. A different doc rounded each morn so treatment was never consistent or understood. The nurses were always late and it was understaffed. They had job fair for the facility advertised. I would never let a loved one be admitted here.

Today was my sister first day at Vibra DMC Campus the rooms is nice and clean. However I pressed…read morethe nurse call light and it took her about 20min to finally come but the nurses aide came in to see what I needed. Once she found out that my sister needed to be turned and reposition she was upset because the nurse was not around to help her and she said that she wasn't going to hurt herself trying to do someone else's job. She said that the nurse should have done her own shit before she went off, I tried helping her but as a family member I shouldn't have to help turn a patient. My sister in on the ventilator with a trach and too weak and fragile, I am very afraid she's going to hurt herself in there. My sister had been hospitalized at Harper Hospital since June 5th and today is the first time I have felt uneasy about leaving her and today was the first time I have cried, I don't think Vibra is going to be the place for us and that saddens me because it's close to my sister house close to Harper Hospital where all her doctors are and I had gotten good feedback from others. It takes me some time to drive here but it is so worth the progress I experience. Therapists are given time for hands on therapy. Tammy and Diann W are amazing. Both also specialize in Lymphedema,Lipedema and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization/ scar therapy. If you are thinking about the drive, do it. I would never have made the progress I have without their help. Any staff I have encountered is attentive and professional.From the time I reach the front door until I leave. Parking is not far. The grounds are maintained extremely well. Shout out to housekeeping:I have to say, it has been a long time since I have seen such a clean property. I can say that the Therapy area and the bathrooms in the Therapy Department are always stocked and extremely clean. Thank you RIM.

I was not looking for medications like many patients, i just wanted a procedure. My old pain doc Dr. Aman was legit and now he left so i gave this guy a try and it was an epic fail. Had to wait almost 90 minutes before being turned away for a procedure i have had many times before. Guess I'll have to drive 2 hours to go see Dr. Aman at his new location.

I went there a few times. I had several hundred dollars of tests done in a private lab that they…read morerecommended. The doctor didn't ever review the results. I thought, no call is a good call. When I asked a year later what the results were and if there were impacting me, the doctor said, "what tests". I had been suffering with serious pain. They diagnosed it as IBS. FAST FORWARD I have gallstones. Maybe it wasn't the same but I feel as if due diligence had been done then I may have had more info on my health.
