Recovery took 6-8 weeks as expected but has been pain free since. During his recovery, I started experiencing hip pain. I learned is had a deteriorated SI (sacroiliac) joint. I treated it with steroid injections every 90 days for a year and a half which helped but never quite got me out of pain. We went back to Dr. Khalil and he was able to schedule me for a bilateral SI fusion where they bolt the two joint together from each side to avoid the unnecessary movement in the joint. Although fairly noninvasive, I was back to work in two weeks and now my pain is also 100% gone!!! Dr. Khalil is literally the best surgeon!!! We were both scared making surgery decisions and our only regret now is that we didn't do it sooner. His PA's are also amazing and helped with all our questions and help explain things in normal terms. If you are in pain, we would highly recommend him or at least consider him for a second opinion. He is not one to rush you into surgery which is hard to find these days but definitely the surgeon you want when the time comes!

They did absolutely nothing. I would post a picture but it's far too graphic. I would rate them a ZERO if I could. During the appointment a second person came in and looked at his finger and told him maybe he'll be one of those people where the finger will grow back. Really? Then I guess we wouldn't need incompetent surgeons like those who my Grandson was referred to by the hospital.

I visited Dr. Elia for the first time in September 2023 for a pinched nerve in my neck. At this…read morepoint, I only had an x-ray from the emergency room. After he walked into the room, his first question was, "Do you have cancer?" WHAT??? Asking several more odd questions, I finally explained why I was there. He asked if I had pain in my neck and I said no, just 2 fingers that are numb. He proceeded to say I will most likely need surgery to fix the pain in my neck (that I don't have) and if I don't have the surgery within the next month or so, that I will probably be paralyzed by December. He entered orders for me to get an X-ray and MRI and return to his office in 2 weeks. I had my sister accompany me, because no one in my family believed that I heard the Dr. correctly about becoming paralyzed. The second appointment confirmed by me and my sister that Dr. Elia did not listen to anything I said and just wanted to perform an unnecessary surgery on me. A surgery he said would limit my range of motion when turning my head. I asked if it would fix my 2 numb fingers and he said no, I can't fix that. Needless to say, I sought a second opinion with another neurosurgeon, Dr. Stanley Lee and he is amazing. Thankfully, it is now November 2024, I am not paralyzed. However, I probably need to seek therapy for the fear of becoming paralyzed that I can not seem to get out of my mind.

My son broke a bone in his foot and it was extremely difficult to speak with a human to ask questions about his appointment. I waited on hold for 49 minutes and then the call dropped when they finally answered. Then they ended up needing to cancel his appointment and wanted to reschedule 3 days later. This can't happen for a broken bone. I am so frustrated. I decided to take him to an urgent care instead. I would ask that they go back to receptionists (humans) answering the phones. I'm sure the company saves a lot of money by using AI phone operators but it is a terrible way to keep customers satisfied.

Medical doctors were putting me through tons of blood test, radioactive testing, tubes down my throat and medication that had side effects that I wound up in the ER. I went to a Chiropractor and within a Month my esophagus was healed. Out of three different Chiropractors during my life, Dr. Tocco has been the best at specific adjustments that are tailored to the exact issue I am having. I do not need to see him three, four...five times a week. He does not give the routine adjustment, it is specific to you...your body, your energy and your condition. He by far, has made the energy flow better than anyone else I've had. I'm a 55 year old waiter, on my feet, bending, lifting, twisting...I mess up my back, arms, legs often. One adjustment! I'm back on the floor, enjoying the outside yard work and living life, body pulsating with energy! I'm back to school and I'm going to have the energy to start a new career, thanks to him, exercise and good eating habits. I would not have the energy, the agility and the pain-free body that I have, if it wasn't for Dr. Tocco. Thank you!

Recently it started cracking and popping from me doing nothing. I was told it was my shoes, the way I sit, the way I stand, my job (staring at a computer screen all day long), the way I sleep, the exercises I was doing (yoga).. basically anything and everything. I changed my shoes, I stopped doing yoga but unfortunately I can't quit my job. I got so tired of hearing what all the causes of my problem were but getting no relief!! I decided to call and go see Dr. Tocco because I just knew that my path may have lead me away from him a few years ago my path is now headed back towards him. He took some quick xrays of my neck and had already figured out what he could do to give me some relief even for that day. He adjusted my NECK... that's right, MY NECK!! Let me remind you that my problem was in the middle of my back but my neck was the first adjustment I received. I had a rush of relaxation rush through my body and I knew that I am on the right path. Dr. Tocco will ask you questions about what hurts but he knows where the hurt starts... where the problems stem from and he wants to help you. He will listen to you and you should put your trust in him because he is that great of a doctor! Go see Dr. Tocco!!
