I will be contacting Audi Corporate office due to Safety negligence by the technician during my car…read moreservice appointment. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and conduct at your Barrie location during a recent tire swap on Dec 3rd, 2024. The technician, Thomas K, improperly installed the tires on my 2024 Audi Q4, e-tron: 105T tires were placed on the back, and 107T tires were placed on the front, contrary to manufacturer specifications. When I pointed this out, Thomas K claimed he "did not know." Olivia L from customer service was present while I found the issue. Additionally, all four tires were set to 41.5 PSI instead of the required 44 PSI, which technician Prabhjot Saini fixed and not the original technicial Thomas K. When I raised these concerns with Manager Campbell Paton, he dismissed them entirely. I walked away to oversee Prabhjot's work on the tire pressure and, upon returning to request Campbell's name, he refused, stating, "Not happening," and with disappointment said that "you walked away from me while i was speaking". Well, i saw you had no care in the world why would i waste my time at this point. I had to go and check to make sure they put the right tire pressure, this time by Technician named Prabhjot. This experience has shaken my confidence in your dealership's professionalism and commitment to safety. I request an investigation into these incidents, a written explanation of corrective actions, and assurance this will not happen again. Had I not been aware of the correct tire placement and lacked the means to verify tire pressure, this oversight could have jeopardized my safety and that of others on the road. UPDATE: The same technician Thomas K, who installed the wrong size tires and underinflated them was also caught on my car's dashcam saying, "I hate these cars." Those were his exact words. Honestly, I don't feel comfortable trusting a technician who has such a negative attitude toward the brand he works with. UPDATE Dec 4: Matthew Adams General Manager never responded to my inquiry about the issue. The only person that responded was Service manager, Ryan Dermott, with a very generic email taken no further action.

Unfortunately I need to edit my review For Farco Motors…read more.. My wife and I were super thrilled with our new to us ride until the weather warmed up last May/June-ish and we tried our A/C for the first time.. It didn't work. I contacted Ariu, he told me to have it checked out so I did. The condenser was leaking, I reported back to Ariu who then told me by email to go ahead and have it repaired that he would pay for the parts. I had it repaired in July and got back to Ariu and he said to forward him the Invoice and I will be e-transferred right away. well that didn't happen and I was ghosted for over a month. When he finally responded, he told me he had a family crisis, apologized and asked me to re-send the parts invoice and it would be paid right away... Well, once again that didn't happen, I was again ghosted. By this time, we were in around November and I decide to call him, he had no clue it's me calling and takes the call, he apologizes again and says don't worry I will pass this along to the office for payment and I will call you back in 15 minutes.. 5 months later and DAILY emails asking him to please pay me and I don't receive any response at all... I have even taken a 3 hour drive to go see him but was told he was not there.. I have my doubts with that and feel he might have been around. I have called there again and I think it was him that answered and he told me he wasn't there... This is truly sad of him, I don't get it. I told him I do not believe in writing bad reviews, that I believe in doing the right thing and working it out but Ariu will not respond to me in any way shape or form, I have nowhere left to go... This is a very sad situation. I am still emailing Ariu daily in hopes he will do the right thing and pay what he said he would, it's not huge dollars, its $325.67. Ariu, I am asking you once again to please pay me what you said you would and my original review will go back up at the 5 star your dealership had.. Thanks for reading this post, at this time I need to say be careful if you are wanting to deal with Farco Motors as Ariu is definitely not being the honest man he had been portraying himself to be. Do not buy from this car dealer, Farco Motors. They had me drive 4 plus hours to pick up a car that…read morewas supposed to be damage-free. Clean car fax they said. The car had front-end damage. The car was previously involved in a side-swipe accident. Large dents on the driver's side. The moulding on the rear passenger door was broken and taped on. The car was poorly painted with overspray and Bondo holes. Someone had driven through fresh yellow road paint all over the wheel wells and quarters. This after I had already sent a deposit and had the car insured to drive back home. I did not purchase this junk and had 10 hours of my time and countless time and cash trying to cancel all the paperwork. Do not trust this company they will ripe you off. After I found the issues they pulled out a picture of the previous damage which they withheld and falsely represented the car.
