I brought my 2016 Audi Q5 in on December 15 for a scheduled 115,000 km service, including a brake…read morefluid flush. During the service, the advisor, Albion, contacted me and said the front brake rotors were corroded and the pads measured 5 mm. He specifically asked whether I had noticed that the brakes felt soft. When I confirmed this, he recommended replacing the front brake discs and pads to address the soft brake pedal, at an additional cost of $1,730. I approved the work based on this expert recommendation. After picking up the vehicle, the brakes still felt soft and required deep pedal travel to stop. When I followed up the next day, I was told that soft brakes are "common in older Q5s. And no adjustments can be made to resolve this issue." This is unacceptable. If the brake softness is a known characteristic and not something that replacing discs and pads would resolve, then recommending a $1,730 repair as a solution was misleading and unnecessary. I paid a significant amount based on professional advice, only to be told afterward that the problem was "normal" and effectively unfixable. Brakes are a critical safety system. An Audi service center should provide accurate diagnostics and honest recommendations, not sell costly repairs that do not address the customer's safety concern. This experience felt deceptive and has completely eroded my trust. I would not return here and cannot recommend this service center to anyone who values safety and transparency. Stay away from Audi Newmarket for your own sake.

I am writing this to warn anyone considering the 2025 Audi SQ6 e-tron. After waiting over a year…read morefor my factory order from Audi of Newmarket, I have been left with a vehicle that has significant, recurring safety malfunctions and a dealership that offers zero accountability. Despite being marketed as a flagship of innovation, my vehicle has suffered from the following critical failures since delivery in January 2025: High Voltage Electrical System Malfunction: "Drive with caution" warnings. All-Wheel Drive & Charging System Failure: Multiple system-wide malfunctions. ABS & Driver Safety Monitors: These systems frequently shut down entirely during normal Canadian weather (light rain/snow), disabling collision-avoidance features. When I raised these life-threatening concerns, the General Manager at Audi Newmarket admitted to me: "I am very familiar with the 'system unavailable' messages as I experience them too." It is professional negligence to continue selling these vehicles while acknowledging that even management's own cars are failing. The dealership claims the car is "too new" to fix, and Audi Canada has been completely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to reach them. Audi of Newmarket and Audi Canada have shown zero consideration for customer safety. If you value your safety and want a reliable EV, do not lease or buy this vehicle. I am now forced to escalate this to regulatory authorities to hold them accountable. In normal Canadian weather rain, snow & the vehicle frequently reported that safety systems were unavailable. This directly contradicts Audi's own marketing claims about advanced collision‑avoidance and driver‑assistance technology. The repeated failures of the safety monitoring systems, especially under normal driving conditions and inclement weather, raise significant concerns about the reliability and safety of this vehicle. I believe these issues warrant immediate investigation and intervention by the appropriate regulatory authorities to ensure consumer safety and to hold the manufacturer accountable for addressing these defects.

I ended up buying a great car, with an immaculate service record for a really good price. I would definitely recommend Limestone to anyone looking to buy a quality used car.

Absolutely one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I've ever had…read more I came to Aurora BMW ready to buy a vehicle and went on a test drive with my salesperson. While we were still on the test drive, another salesperson sold the exact same vehicle. Whether or not that's allowed by dealership policy, the least they could have done was immediately notify my salesperson or me. Instead, nobody said a word until we returned, wasting my time and showing complete disrespect for a serious customer. When I asked to speak with management, I expected accountability and a sincere apology. Instead, Vincent Su (Used Vehicle Sales Manager) handled the situation in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, making an already frustrating experience even worse. As part of the dealership's leadership, Cecilia Fernandes (New Car Sales Manager) also shares responsibility for ensuring proper customer service and communication standards, yet those standards were clearly absent. This wasn't just about losing a car. It exposed poor management, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers. My trust in this dealership was completely destroyed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aurora BMW to anyone. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and respect for its customers, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

This is the worst BMW Dealership I have ever experienced. Not only is the attitude of the sales…read morebad, the service quality is also terribly disappointing. I bought a Demo BMW X5 here, and after a couple of months, the shifter trim broke. And followed by it, the parking break lever also detached from the Center console. We went back for a warranty claim, and the staff who worked there claimed we cleaned the car too often, resulting in the damage. After a year the car was purchased, the crack engine light turned on, turns out the automatic vents at the front of the car was broken. We went back to claim the warranty, however when the warrant was approved, we had to wait basically 2 months to get the car fixed. 2 months is an incredibly long wait period to get a car repaired for such a small issue. However, because of the lack of loner cars they have at this dealership, or some management issue in the service department, I had to wait very very long. When I revives the loaner car, it was incredibly dirty, and poorly maintained. However my sales person called me in an incredibly disrespectful attitude saying he received complaints that the loaner car was dirty, which I find genuinely hilarious, as the loaner car was dirty the way I received it. Around the same time period, the exterior front grille started to peel paint, and the interior window switch trim started to bubble and peel off. We went back for a warranty claim, and the sales came to us and said to us this problem is not covered by warranty at all, no matter which BMW dealership you go to, you will not be able to claim it. (As sales, it is not your decision to tell me if or if not a warrant can be claimed...) However, I went to BMW Markham to claim the warranty, and in 2 business days, the exterior grilled and window switch trim was approved, and could be replaced. This was genuinely the worst experience I had purchasing a car, especially from a BMW dealership.

I have no doubt that they messed up the wiring. I got a hold of the service manager (Aaron Miceli) and he was completely arrogant and helpless. Simply said, they are all incompetent and unprofessional. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your car someplace else and save yourself a lot of time and money!

They said my brakes, rotor ball (or something like that), spark plugs, and HVAC system all required work. The total for everything came to $3,000, and I was told my car was unsafe to drive off the lot. Naturally, I felt uncomfortable spending such a large amount of money on the spot, so I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to a trusted family-owned mechanic shop in the city, and to my surprise, they found absolutely nothing wrong with my car. It's running just fine. I would strongly advise against trusting this place. It seems like they're more interested in making money off unnecessary repairs than actually helping customers.
