I was presented a bill of over $300 for a 1.5 hours check, which is pretty much the cost of the compressor assembly (Standard quoted $180 with 6 mos warranty), which means I would be looking at over $1,000 at the end of the day. Ever since then he was the man to go to for all your auto needs. What he says in terms of rates he never changes them during a job which is quite a great show of integrity and honesty. I bought winter rims and tires from them, and they sold me oversized rims that clearly didn't fit my vehicle properly -- just trying to unload last year's stock with no concern for safety or fit. After one winter of driving, I noticed extensive paint chipping all down the sides of my car, exactly where the rims were sticking out. Nathan, the manager, told me to go next door to another shop for a second opinion. That shop confirmed the damage was 100% caused by the oversized rims. I also confirmed with the rim manufacture that these rims were not meant for my car. Still, Nathan refused to take any accountability for it. On top of that, the TPMS sensors they sold me never worked. I had to visit three separate shops -- including theirs -- before they finally admitted they were faulty and gave me a refund for those too. I made over 50 phone calls, visited their shop multiple times, and it still took more than three months just to get my money back for the rims. And after all that, they still refused to cover any of the damage their negligence caused to my vehicle, costing me thousands in repairs. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Evasive. If you value your vehicle or your time, do not go here. They do not stand behind their products, they do not care about their customers, and they will leave you holding the bag when things go wrong.
