Been going for quite some time to Nubi, and the flavors are starting to get a bit weird. I mean that by odd flavors that are not quite so popular. I am picky but it sucks when I can only choose vanilla or chocolate and all the rest of the flavors are not my kind of taste. Also I would like to mention that they charge extra tax if you dine in, otherwise they don't if you say take out. Is that illegal? lol. It is almost like you have to pay extra to sit inside...I don't get it. And I do not agree with it either. read more

Their yogurt is good don't get me wrong but I do think their toppings are lacking. I love fresh fruit on mine and their selection is a little slim. The reason for the three stars is that if you want to use one of their email coupons you have to print them out!!! Who still does that? I sometimes don't know I want yogurt until I'm driving by but now I have to drive all the way home, print out the coupon and then drive back. I'd rather go to Yogurtland where I can use my app for all my discounts and the toppings are better. read more

Eh it was alright i mean to be honest i have had a couple self serve yogurt places a lot better than this place. The yogurt to me really lacked flavor and it melted to so fast. Really this will be a hit because to find a self serve yogurt place in the area is really rare. The other self serve yogurt place Ohana Yogurt doesn't offer quite as many flavors nor toppings as this place does. Correction on price it's 38 cents an ounce. Something i did like at this location their fruits were cut into small bite size pieces as compared to some places I've been to where they were cut so big. If people want to try a good self serve yogurt place try out Swirl or Berry Sweet in Riverside. read more

I go here all the the time. They have a great variety of flavors and toppings. Great customer service and staff members are very nice.

Not too bad for a yogurt place. However, I did come here a few times in the summer and many of the flavors would either be empty or watered down. I like the pineapple and plain tart flavors here. Oh and the colors are cute too-orange and blue! They don't necessarily speak 'frozen yogurt' but at least they aren't jackin' the Pinkberry logo like some other yogurt places. read more

I had the pomegranate raspberry and the original tart flavored yogurt and in my opinion, it was quite delicious and refreshing. There is actually a great amount of topping selections, probably the most I have ever seen compared to other yogurt shops. The fruit toppings were fresh and it went well with my yogurt. The store was very clean and the customer service was on point. One of the cashiers actually suggested the pomegranate raspberry to me and hey, you made a good choice. so i finally went here, and i can't believe it's so highly rated. first of all, you walk in here, and the cups are immediately to your left. no room to walk around, just the machines right in front of you and the register at the end where you pay. the whole store is an instant assembly line. it's just another yogurt place riding the froyo craze, with its trendy, pinkberry-ish interior just to make it look cool. and the toppings? well yes, i did get some, but the containers are stacked on top of each other, highlighting the small space the store barely has. the toppings set up this way is not too clean, for i imagine that they often get mixed up, and when you do get some for yourself, you spill all over the others, making a mess. see the pictures for yourself. and then the staff wasn't very friendly either. i tried to make small talk, but they were like, no. next in line. i don't know if i'll be coming back to this place. i came here with an open mind, but i just didn't like it. thank goodness for Ohana's. Same price, great yogurt, and much cleaner than here. and by the way, Ohana's fruit is fresh too. I go there all the time. who thought it different? if you're trying to choose between the two, I recommend Ohana's. if not, you'll see what i am talking about when you get there. read more

Tons of Yogurt shop in the IE. But I found that this place has my favorite selections. Peach, Pineapple, and raspberry pomergrante. That is all that I need. Topping selection is fair. I just really like the flavors. read more

They have alot of choices to put as your toppings and i love to choose the brownies and the cheese cake bits yum! I must say that I use to be more impressed with this Nubi then I am now. When I first started coming I was impressed with all the options of fresh fruit that they provided. In fact, that was the reason I kept coming back. However, the last couple of times that I have visited this store the fruit options were dwindling. The only reason I came back is because they had a new flavor, Mango, that I loved. I am hoping that they go back to the abundant fruit options. There is very little seating room in the store, but there is very nice seating with fountains just outside the store, so I don't know why there are so many complaints. I must say that the customer service does lack in this location. I have never been greeted and every worker has only processed my transaction with no extra communication. So if they get back the fruit options and better customer service, I will never go anywhere else. read more

I love his fro yo place and I make sure to stop by anytime I am around Citrus Plaza! It is so great that they let you sample everything beforehand and they always have a great selection. I love love the red velvet cake when they have it and their pink lemonade is really good too. I wish I knew how they get the flavors to taste so spot on with what they represent....that is a talent! They have a wide variety of toppings, but I get too overwhelmed looking at them all, so if I decide to top my yogurt at all I stick with simple rainbow sprinkles and fruit. If they are out of a certain fruit topping that you want, just ask and they will bring out some fresh ingredients for you . Prices are reasonable and they always keep the place clean. Been coming here since they open the best yogurt spot in Redlands! Great customer service with a smile! A good variety of flavors and cleanliness at times. Could be a little bit organized when It gets crowded. Location of the line and layout of the store is strange. But overall a good place to enjoy an evening with your mate. read more

My family and I have gone to Nubi's since they opened. But in the last month they have refused to take their own gift card two times. They say that their gift card machine is not working, but after so long I don't believe it. We will not be going there anymore since there are other frozen yogurt shops in town. The owner is a coward for making the employees have to take all the blame from the customers. read more

This place was okay. There was no texture consistency in their yogurts. A lot of time it was too icy which makes me think "is this real yogurt?" The yogurt tasted cheap like it was reconstituted. The place is so small and crammed. The fruit toppings were not fresh at all. I rather stick with Ohana if you like small spaces and more selections or Yogurtlicious in Loma Linda for their great topping bar and excellent green tea. read more

First of all I would like to say that I have hated yogurt since birth.. It was always tremendously disgusting to me.. For some odd reason I decided to go inside of NUBI YOGURT and have a few sample cups.. Tha shit was bomb hahaha and now I'm hooked. The people that work there are polite and vanilla flavored yogurt with mango, strawberry, peach, pound cake, lite walnuts and kiwi is my favorite blend!!!! this is one of my favorite yogurt place and i love the vanella and strawberries. the only down side is its a little pricey.
