I called Jag's and was informed that even if you are a regular customer for years, who has never missed an appointment and tip 20 dollars on every visit you forfeit your money if you don't call within 3 hours of your appointment time. This place does not stand by its customers and will not be slightly accommodating when you have a legitimate emergency. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place even if they do give a good haircut.

(I get a #6 on top and #1 on the sides and the back..) The other customers there the day I happened to be there where a little on the older side but other reviewers have mentioned he is known for having a mixed crowd so to speak. There were three chairs in the shop but I believe Buddy is the owner and he happened to be the only barber cutting hair when I was there.
