COVID has caused some changes, like it has everywhere. You need to call for an appointment. No more waiting area crowded with people. You have to wait outside until they come and get you. Masks are worn by everyone all the time. And there are clear shower curtains between chairs. Other than that, it's the same shop and friendly people I've been used to all these years. I called the shop immediately thinking that the barber stepped out and would return shortly. No call back and no one showed up. I left and called the next day hoping to reschedule but could not reach a real person. After days of no responses I posted a message directly to them through their website still no contact. I disputed the transaction via Squire who takes payment at reservation time that no service was delivered. The merchant processor denied my dispute claiming that the merchant indicated that they delivered service as scheduled when scheduled. This creates a veracity issue and makes me think that Maestro Classics is a phantom barbershop processing hoax transactions. Be cautious!!

All professionals within this barbershop, without the drama or questionable skills of the usual suspects of barbers that may be going through the motions of getting you out of the chair quickly to cut his/her next head.
