We unfortunately were hit by a stone during our trip south to Jerome, and received our first…read moremotorhome windshield chip. We called another windshield repair facility, but they were not able to help us during the short timeline that we would be in town. We called 20-20 and he indicated he would be out to our camping space by 5pm (note: that is their closing time). At 5:45pm, he had not arrived as yet, so we called and he was delayed working with another customer, so he offered to either come out after he finished his job (if we didn't mind), or come out first thing the following morning. We didn't mind either option since we realized we were asking for a quick reply. He actually came out the same night and our chip was fixed by 6:30pm and to a level that only a dot was seen in the place where the chip used to be. We were super pleased! Would highly recommend, and really appreciate the prompt service. Replacing a motorhome windshield for an expanding chip would have cost us thousands, so we appreciate his same-day visit very much!

Helpful and efficient!…read more We were skiing in Bald mountain and Sawtooths and camping in our van. One morning, when the mercury hit -20F, the passenger window cracked and popped. We got on the phone with these guys and by 4pm that same day we had a new glass installed. They were able to find the glass and get it shipped to their Jerome location. They saved our trip, much appreciated. After the glass was installed we went back to Sun Valley and enjoyed another few days of winter fun.

They told us to come on over. Abby, Curtis, and Austin were super helpful and friendly. Within less than 30 minutes they cleaned up all the broken glass and plastic wrapped the moonroof to get us back on the road to WA. We really appreciate their friendly and prompt service, and cannot recommend this place enough.

Decided to stop here after getting a rock chip driving to Idaho from Nevada. We asked for an…read moreattendant to look at the chip to ensure they could repair it before they took our car into the shop "we can fix that no problem" is what we were told and with that my car was taken to the back. We waiting about 25-30 min only to have two men come out to tell us that the initial chip had spread into a full blown 17 inch crack across my windshield when they tried to fill it in. Obviously we were shocked that a rock chip we were trying to get fixed real quick turned into me needing to replace my entire windshield. "We won't charge you" they tried to reassure us. Umm no duh, I came for you to fix a rock chip and left needing to pay 600$ for a new windshield on my Mercedes. They gave us no warning that it was even a possibility that this could happen which is very frustrating. Would never recommend this place.
