My friend and I were driving through ID on our way to WA when our moonroof exploded on the highway. After calling multiple shops who wouldn't help us (no joke one told us to just put some cardboard in it) we found Fast Glass. They told us to come on over. Fast Glass I highly recommend the Twin Falls, Idaho location of Fast Glass for all your glass needs. I was traveling from Ohio and had my back window shattered while at Yellowstone national park on a Saturday. As you can imagine this could have ruined my vacation. I turned in a claim to my insurance, and they were wonderful. Unfortunately I had to wait till Monday to find a provider to replace the glass. I was on an extended trip throughout the country and my next state was Idaho. I called the Twin Falls location Monday morning and they were so kind and willing to help located the part to replace my back window. Decided to stop here after getting a rock chip driving to Idaho from Nevada. We asked for an attendant to look at the chip to ensure they could repair it before they took our car into the shop "we can fix that no problem" is what we were told and with that my car was taken to the back. We waiting about 25-30 min only to have two men come out to tell us that the initial chip had spread into a full blown 17 inch crack across my windshield when they tried to fill it in. Obviously we were shocked that a rock chip we were trying to get fixed real quick turned into me needing to replace my entire windshield. "We won't charge you" they tried to reassure us. Umm no duh, I came for you to fix a rock chip and left needing to pay 600$ for a new windshield on my Mercedes. They gave us no warning that it was even a possibility that this could happen which is very frustrating. Would never recommend this place. read more

Our Motor coach windshield sustained a rock chip in the morning as we were traveling to Twin Falls. Immediately called and was told to bring in coach when we arrived in the afternoon. Wonderful Customer Service and Prices! I have used their service on two separate occasions, one when a rock hit my windshield and cracked it to the point of complete replacement, and another when we bought our first home, and only one window was not replaced and needed to be upgraded. Each time they were professional and courteous, the window installer was very nice and made a comment that he would "make sure that he would install it just they way he would if it was his own house." :) and he lived up to it, my window looks beautiful, it's caulked wonderfully, and he left everything very clean!
