Easy access to this location, right off Mannheim and the Ike. Free parking. Quarantine hours are slightly restricted, but they are open to 6:00 pm today, so I was very happy to get in and score a new phone today. Great staff. Very clean store.

I went to this authorized dealer and was lied to when I was told I'd be getting iPhone 17 pros for free with a beyond plan. They took our old phones so I figured it would be for a trade in offer although I thought I was getting it for switching to T-Mobile. I got my first bill and was charged an installment fee for each phone. I visited the store after my first bill and they reassured me that I would get the full credit for all phones after the first billing cycle and a credit for what I had paid on the first installments. My second bill came and the charges were the same. I went back to the store and they stated there was no such offer when I signed up to get full credit on the phones only up to a certain amount. The manager was there but didn't meet with me. He told his employee that he was too busy and I'd have to come back 2 days later to see what can be done about it with the employee that opened the account. At that point I decided to stop dealing with this place after they wasted enough of my time. I contacted T-Mobile directly and they resolved the issue within a few hours. I was also told that I wasn't credited with a trade in so what happened to our old devices? They also stuck me with 6 gps trackers and said they were needed in order to receive the free phone deal. This place needs to learn the meaning of integrity and accountability.

He quickly assessed the damage and quoted me very fair price of $60. After 20 minutes, my phone was repaired almost as brand new and he even threw in a screen protector for me. I went to the store knowing I could trade in my old iPhone for the cost of the new one. (Thank you, Apple products for retaining value!) The store opened at 8 so I got there about 7:30. I was number 8 in line. No big deal. I knew I could be in and out and make it to work by 9. As I'm going through the process of buying my phone, the trade-in computer crashes. What?!?! They offer me a few different options. I could pay the $200 and bring my phone back and get a $200 verizon gift card. Um, no. I wasn't prepared to drop that kinda money that day. I had done my homework and wanted my trade-in. I had picked out my case already and was incredibly upset with the situation. Then, we come to a compromise! The CSR tells me that they will hold my purchase. They will happily put my iPhone and selected case in the back. This wasn't my fault and I had come anxious to buy my phone. A nationwide outage on the trade-in system shouldn't take away my new phone! I get off work at 6 and come back. There are still people waiting to buy new phones. What?!?! They only have the 64 GB?!?! Except for mine. Sitting in the back waiting for me to take her home. Trade-in computer was back up and running. YEAH!!! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. CSR traded my phone in and I paid taxes on the new one (oh and my accessory pack). He even helped me set up my Microsoft exchange for my work email!!
