I thought I had the incorrect number -it was so stupid and unprofessional-so I hung up. My Co-worker called the next day and got the same response and had to pull the information out of "ANDRE." And then got told the same thing about hitting the guy to the question of whether they would be able to get the printing done in time. As we had used them before we thought we would stick with it. Finally got a quote two days later - due to their technical issues with the computer - but really - they could not get me a quote without the computer program??! A this point we went to Bill's copy Shop- did not get the stupid comic routine - got the quote and answers to our questions in a professional way and got the item printed in 24 hours and for 1/3 of the price! We will not use SB Signs and Graphics again.

Went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the layout and even picked up on minor details that we had overlooked, such as making sure that the striping on the door lined up with the windows on either side. Our business was open during the install and we were very concerned about customers coming and going with the crew being "in the way". SO not an issue. The crew stopped as soon as a customer approached and were sure to open the door for every customer. This minor details spoke volumes. I initially went to OfficeMax because they're normally quick, but their estimate was that I would take 5 hours (it was empty when I went, but I guess the guy in the print center was the only one there so he couldn't do it right then in case he had to help customers who walked in.). I called Tri-County and they said they could do it on the spot. I walked in, told them what I needed, and they did it then and there. Professional, quick, and affordable. And a cool building/space! Don't count on your print order being ready when they say it will be. I placed an order online…read morebecause it said it would be ready by Dec 9th at 7pm (I need it for Friday the 13th). I called this morning (Dec 10th) to confirm it was ready before picking up and they said it's not, they don't know when it will be (maybe this week), and didn't offer a solution. The woman was super dismissive and unhelpful. A simple "I'm so sorry, we got flooded with orders so that timeframe is behind. As soon as it's ready we'll let you know, sorry about the inconvenience" would've gone a long way. Just any empathy/accountability or attempt to make it right, but she truly did not give a shit and said "I can cancel your order" lol I'm just super unimpressed by a business that over promises, under delivers, and then doesn't take accountability when that happens
