Finally got a quote two days later - due to their technical issues with the computer - but really - they could not get me a quote without the computer program??! A this point we went to Bill's copy Shop- did not get the stupid comic routine - got the quote and answers to our questions in a professional way and got the item printed in 24 hours and for 1/3 of the price! The woman was super dismissive and unhelpful. A simple "I'm so sorry, we got flooded with orders so that timeframe is behind. As soon as it's ready we'll let you know, sorry about the inconvenience" would've gone a long way.
