We thought we'd have to pay more and wait longer but, in fact, that's not usually the case. B2B can usually turn jobs around much faster and with much less stress, and the price is competitive and sometimes lower. And the results are TONS better. I finally got around to writing this review, even though we've been using them for a while, because they recently went way above and beyond. We had a printing job that was last minute, that we kept on changing, and that was time sensitive. But it was very important to us. And then got told the same thing about hitting the guy to the question of whether they would be able to get the printing done in time. As we had used them before we thought we would stick with it. Finally got a quote two days later - due to their technical issues with the computer - but really - they could not get me a quote without the computer program??! A this point we went to Bill's copy Shop- did not get the stupid comic routine - got the quote and answers to our questions in a professional way and got the item printed in 24 hours and for 1/3 of the price! I called this morning (Dec 10th) to confirm it was ready before picking up and they said it's not, they don't know when it will be (maybe this week), and didn't offer a solution. The woman was super dismissive and unhelpful. A simple "I'm so sorry, we got flooded with orders so that timeframe is behind. As soon as it's ready we'll let you know, sorry about the inconvenience" would've gone a long way. Just any empathy/accountability or attempt to make it right, but she truly did not give a shit and said "I can cancel your order" lol I'm just super unimpressed by a business that over promises, under delivers, and then doesn't take accountability when that happens
