I had wrinkles on my middle-aged forehead, so in June 2025, I made an appointment for a consultation with Melissa to discuss getting a neurotoxin for the first time. I appreciated that she had evening appointments available. We discussed Botox and Xeomin, their rare side effects, their expected results, and their prices. I chose to receive Xeomin, which relaxes the facial muscles similarly to Botox but is purified of proteins and costs less. In that same appointment, Melissa injected 31 units of Xeomin into my forehead and between my eyes. The needle hurt only slightly. She used a Patient Rewards phone app to charge my credit card. She applied a coupon discount, but she charged me for 36 units rather than 31 units. Later, she gave me a refund for the extra 5 units. Two weeks later, I had a follow-up appointment. When I lifted my eyebrows, I no longer had three rows of wrinkles across my forehead. Instead, I had just one much-smaller wrinkle above one eyebrow and more movement in my outer eyebrows compared to my inner and middle eyebrows. For many weeks my forehead still looked very good. Because of a vacation, a head cold, and my body's response to the first administration of Xeomin, I made my next appointment for October 2025. Melissa again injected 31 units of Xeomin into my forehead. After a $50 discount and a credit-card convenience fee, my total price was $361.82. Since then over a month has passed, and I feel happy that I see no wrinkles but am able to have natural facial expressions such as raising my eyebrows.

Instead of simply verifying my paperwork, staff questioned my medications, contacted my primary care physician, and even suggested I should be on Xanax--completely inappropriate and outside the reason for my visit. My blood pressure was understandably elevated after being bounced around and treated like I had done something wrong. The lack of professionalism, respect for patient privacy, and basic compassion was shocking. My PCP had already cleared my medications, yet I was treated with suspicion and judgment over a cash-pay weight-loss prescription. This practice feels more focused on collecting cash and getting out as fast as they can. than providing care. A little kindness and common sense would have gone a long way. I called and they had me drive it back over and took the bag back in to them - gave me the right thing and charged me the rest for what my right medicine and dosage was. I got home and took it out of the bag and all of the syringes had big bubbles at the top of them. They were all at least .5-1mg short of the script. I called and they told me to email photos - I got a phone call back and they said their manager told them - I get no refund or change because when they left they were fine and once I leave it's my problem. I didn't ask for a refund or new ones I just asked why they would be short that much and to make sure I had the right amount. I asked the girl if she was blaming me for doing that and she said its not their problem. Absolutely terrible customer service. I won't be back. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but that was uncalled for. Highly recommend checking your syringes before you leave. Make sure you get the right thing and they actually fill them up to what you're paying for. UPDATE: - I asked for a manager to call me back to chat about what happened last week. I received an email this morning (after being told all last week the manager was on vacation) that I'm no longer welcome there. This came from the manager. Again no phone call - no communication about the issue. I had already switched to a new online company that has amazing reviews.
