Immediately greeted me by time. While filling out the paperwork, she listened to all my skin concerns. Even on the spot researching some of the products I use. The treatment room had a heated bed! And on a day in the negatives, this was FANTASTIC. She explained everything she was using and why. Which was super helpful since I'm a twenty something still struggling with acne. The whole process was beyond what I could have asked for. I've been to spas where after the treatment, it's the time when products are forced upon me. With Elaine, this was not the case! She offered samples!!! And explained what they were and when to use them. This will be the best money you could spend on yourself. I highly, highly recommend utilizing all the services Elaine has to offer. I know I will be back for sure.

Since completing her program I have moved to Alaska and still keep in touch with Anna to order skin care through her and ask questions and my skin is still happy and clear because of her care. First of all, their storefront is BEAUTIFUL! Lovely and calming blue and white decor that was so clean and just so nice. Great ambiance and vibe. Sherri was great, explained the steps to me since I'd never had a facial before. They used amazing high quality products tailored to my skin type and condition. Sherri even sold me on adding an additional service with blue light to target a breakout and I loved it. It was just one of the most calming and relaxing experiences and I booked another appointment. To me, totally worth the cost. I look forward to my next visit.

The staff was the farthest thing from friendly today when I purchased my new package. The girl was super rude and stand-off- ish, almost like she was too good to talk to me. She didn't ask if I wanted eye protection or tanning lotion but was more in a hurry up and get me out of the way. It's a shame because I really did want to buy some lotion but her attitude really made me feel differently... The beds though are very good and the place is clean in general. Would have had more stars if it wasn't for the staff. Update: This is for Angela since she wanted me to update my review. When I went into the shop today, I approached her to give her my name; But it was obvious she knew who I was since she mentioned this review I left. She apologized and said she was sorry. I sat on it for a minute and accepted it until she started making little remarks and clear faces that she was being very sarcastic. Let's cut the crap Angela, I know your not sorry. I speak sarcasm too and that was the most half assed apology I've ever received. For me as a customer, which I no longer will be after this package, it just makes it awkward. For you as a person, it's a shame that you can't take criticism and learn from it. As the owner, I would be embarrassed that I have a person like you working for my company. If it wasn't too late, I'd ask for a refund and take my business elsewhere.

Most technicians are very capable and have a cheery upbeat personality. However, my last experience was the worst I have had since I started going there. Baring in mind that I regularly wax and have for years, it actually hurt during the waxing to the point where I had to ask her if she had waxed a male before. To that end, I had to go as far as coaching her to keep my skin taunt while removing the wax among a host of other issues during the session. Upon my exit, I informed the receptionist that the session was not satisfactory to the point the extent it was painful and that I would like a call from the manager. I got a voicemail 9 days later and I have returned her call twice now with no communication from the European Wax Center on Providence Blvd in 4 weeks.
