Melissa's services include injectables (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and collagen stimulators), skin rejuvenation (e.g., microneedling and chemical peels), laser hair removal, spider-vein removal, weight-loss medication, and more. I had wrinkles on my middle-aged forehead, so in June 2025, I made an appointment for a consultation with Melissa to discuss getting a neurotoxin for the first time. I appreciated that she had evening appointments available. We discussed Botox and Xeomin, their rare side effects, their expected results, and their prices. I chose to receive Xeomin, which relaxes the facial muscles similarly to Botox but is purified of proteins and costs less. In that same appointment, Melissa injected 31 units of Xeomin into my forehead and between my eyes. The needle hurt only slightly. She used a Patient Rewards phone app to charge my credit card. She applied a coupon discount, but she charged me for 36 units rather than 31 units. Later, she gave me a refund for the extra 5 units. Two weeks later, I had a follow-up appointment. When I lifted my eyebrows, I no longer had three rows of wrinkles across my forehead. Instead, I had just one much-smaller wrinkle above one eyebrow and more movement in my outer eyebrows compared to my inner and middle eyebrows. For many weeks my forehead still looked very good. Because of a vacation, a head cold, and my body's response to the first administration of Xeomin, I made my next appointment for October 2025. Melissa again injected 31 units of Xeomin into my forehead. After a $50 discount and a credit-card convenience fee, my total price was $361.82. Since then over a month has passed, and I feel happy that I see no wrinkles but am able to have natural facial expressions such as raising my eyebrows.

She takes the time to educate you, answer questions thoroughly, and create a truly personalized plan instead of a one-size-fits-all approach. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. One of the highlights of my visit was the ZO Skin Chemical Peel. The process was gentle, relaxing, and surprisingly quick! perfect if you want results without downtime. The peel felt warm but not uncomfortable, and Melissa checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable. My skin looked immediately brighter, smoother, and noticeably more refreshed. Our experience with Dr. Bucci has been wonderful. He provides excellent care and is friendly, attentive, and flexible to answer our questions and provide expertise whenever needed. Most recently I saw Dr. Bucci for a pain I was experiencing in the deeper muscles of my back. The pain would occasionally be so bad that it hurt to reach up or take a deep breath. I had ignored the injury hoping it would go away on its own for about 6 weeks before finally calling Dr. Bucci. After just the first session using active release technique (ART) therapy, I felt 90% better. In less than 3 sessions I'm now entirely pain-free. Amazing!

When I smiled, my eyes were reduced to small slits. I decided in 2019 to have a consultation at Premiere. The office is beautiful and serene, very relaxing and reassuring that this was a top notch practice. The staff was attentive and kind, as if they could feel my apprehention. Dr Heil listened to my every word, answered my questions, and explained the process in detail- prior to the procedure and through recovery. I was given an estimate and said I would "think about it." Well, I just couldn't do it. What would others think of me? How could I function while healing? What "if" something went wrong, etc Fast forward to May 2025- I made another consultation appointment and met w Dr Heil again- this time I was ready! Again, he explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after. We scheduled for December because that was a slow time for me at work and it would be easier for me to stay home during the healing process. Yes I was scared, but I did it, and could not be happier! The photos are taken day 38 after surgery, and it keeps getting better! In addition to removing the appearance of hooded eyes, I can literally see SO much better! The world is brighter and bigger. I didnt know how severely my vision was being affected. It took me several years to get the courage to have the blepharoplasty, (I had upper and lower), but I am very happy I chose Dr Heil @ Premiere, the care I received was beyond all expectations. I highly recommend them!
