We've gradually moved into caramel highlights and permanent color for the gray as my need for coverage changes. Heather's recommendation to use a keratin treatment to has helped me to get the smooth, fly away free hair I want when I style it at home. I still have my beach waves when I air dry as well frizz free, an unexpected bonus of the no sulfates/no silicone products I use. My styling products were recommended by Heather, I use Prose for my shampoo and conditioner. Heather is also my go to for special event hair. We've done sleek and modern to beachy and boho. Heather takes inspiration from the photos I bring to her and creates a custom look that suits me. Our working relationship over the years allows us to communicate well, and she always lets me know what to expect and what will and won't work. I used the gift card for a massage. It was easy to make the appointment and the staff was friendly an informative. Even though they are a membership based business, once I said no I wasn't interested in the membership they didn't pressure me or ask again. The massage room was well kept, clean, relaxing and the bed was big enough for my tall, plus sized body (you would be surprised at how many places aren't very size inclusive).
